** OFFICIAL Survivor: Cook Islands Thread ** ‘Survivor’s’ new racial divide

Ozzy deserves to win he seems to win challanges & get food at least I feel that he deserves it more than anyone else there.

YIPPEE!!!!!!!

One down, one to go........

I hope to see either Yul or Ozzy win the whole thing. Ozzy is a lot like Terry from the last Survivor - winning everything. Is there nothing he can't do???

Had to laugh at Adam on that balance beam - I don't think he even got halfway.

Can't wait for Sunday night's finale. We have a concert, and I plan to tape Survivor. Please, no power failures!!

I tell you Ozzy amazes me.. Parvati tried to get to him but I am glad he didn't break!
My TIVO is all set for Sunday night :thumbsup2

I was suprised at who got voted off tonight.

I was also disappointed in Yul's actions one time tonight.

Was it when Yul said in tribal that he might have had ulterior motives for bringing the hat back OR when he led Parvarti to believe she had a shot after he told Adam the same thing OR when he got on to Adam for trying to strategize  HE was bugging me tonight!

GO OZZY!!!!

Yul is bugging me big time, I'm so tired of him. I also can do without his little sidekick Becky.

Go Ozzy!!

I'd like to see Yul or Sundra win now that my favorite Jonathan is gone. Yul has played the game the way it should be played.

I'd love to see Ozzy go all the way, but I'm afraid the first time he loses an immunity challenge... he's history.
:sad2:

Yul used to be one of my favorites - but I'm not so sure anymore.

I would have given Adam the boot before Parvati - but then I'm not basing my decisions on who I would rather go up against in the finals, like I assume they are (although last weeks vote does make me wonder about that just a bit)
:confused3

I just would really hate to see either Adam or Sundra pull off the win.

They did right by booting Pavaratti, she is a very strong competitor, is good with balance and swimming challanges and also the puzzles. Adam doesn't do as well so his chances of winning an immunity challange are slim. I hope Sundra or Becky don't win, they have been riding the coat tails of the others, between Yul and Ozzy, well quite frankly if I were stranded on an island I would much rather be with Ozzy he can do everything! Yul just thinks and mediates, and yes I think he brought the hat back for a reason, heck it could have just been given to a crew member behind the scenes to be returned to Jonathan, it didn't have to be made a big deal of.

My feeling is that Ozzy has been riding the coat tails just as much as Sundra and Becky. The hard part of the game, in terms of WINNING, isn't the physical challenges, but rather the strategy necessary to pull together and hold together an alliance, without becoming so much of a target that you're picked off early.

Yul should win the game, absoultely. He played the game as well as it could have been played.

I'd be thrilled seeing Yul or Ozzy win. They've both played so well. By the end of the game, I think everyone gets a little annoying in some respect and is left with little choice but to lie to someone.

While I don't believe Becky & Sundra have excelled in challenges the way Yul & Ozzy have, I do think they'd have a fighting chance at the final council. They've stayed true to their alliances, have always helped around camp, and they haven't been pot-stirrers or nasty with other players.

I hope Adam's next. That episode with the mutiny and the four underdogs left standing -- and then winning the next few challenges as a team -- really made me wish for those four to be the final four (Yul, Ozzy, Becky & Sundra). Adam just annoys me to no end, too, with all of his winks, crooked smiles, flirting and kisses. I'm happy to see bonafide love interests develop on Survivor and believe it makes for good TV (i.e., Boston Raahb and his wife), but something about Adam just rubs me the wrong way.

I'm already salivating for the next season. How long will we have to wait? Will it be early/mid January, Superbowl time, or will they make us wait until, eek, February???

I also think it's time to change up Survivor a bit. DH & I watch all types of survival shows on Discovery and National Geographic. It's time to put these players in the cold somewhere or stuck on a mountain or a boat maybe. Heck, I even think a swamp in Georgia would be interesting. It's just becoming very predictable with remote islands, extreme heat and rain, lots of coconuts, fishing and insect bits. Lets see how a group would do in, say, Greenland.

I think last night's reward challenge was the This might be the last time we get to see Parvati almost nekkid so lets let them romp around in the mud so we can watch her take a shower later challenge....

otherwise a pretty dull show.

They'll never be put in the cold. Fuh-get about it. It is all about the least amount of clothing possible for MB. Especially on the women. Survivor would lose it's male fan base in heartbeat of they tuned in every week to see Parvati in a parka.

As for changing up the show, I think that is going to happen this time. Some big change is going to happen. They have too many people on the jury right now, that in itself is different.

Well, as a female Suvivor fan, the view ain't too bad from my vantage point, either, especially as the men lose more weight and can't keep their pants up ;)

Who needs beer with all these six-packs?

Just think of how, um, "perky," shall I say, some of the females' attributes would be in the cold popcorn::

It has been confirmed (I read it in tv guide online) that it will be a final three instead of two, and that is why the jury is so big, I suppose.

How about the Everglades in the middle of July?? :lmao:
Alligators, panthers, mosquitos, humidity and thunder storms.

GO OZZY!!!!

When he got onto Adam for trying to talk to Ozzy. ***? Everyone is entitled to make whatever alliances they can to win. I just thought how arrogant. He was acting like the owned the other 3.

Now Im just rooting for Ozzy. He has worked his butt off around camp and has kicked butt in the challenges.

Ozzy can outplay but Yul can outwit. There both on an even playing field for the finals.

I hope Ozzy wins.
Yul has been protrayed as awful the last few weeks.
They needed to vote for him & get rid of that immunity idol.
Seems either way that Adam or Ozzy is next to go..
