I disagree. There is a responsibility in customer service to listen to the customer, understand the concern, and respond appropriately.To the CM this is just another of 1,000 questions they answered. To us, it is life and death!
"When will Thunder Mountain reopen, I'm curious?" should receive a different type of response than "my only reason for this trip is SWW, is it happening?"
