We are leaving today in a few hours and will be at Disney World tomorrow and then the Disney Dream on Thursday. So excited to go back on another Disney cruise. Castaway Cay and the Bahamas are calling!

We have 13 days until Disney but leave for Florida this Saturday! Just got back from my lunch break spent at the Disney Store buying the fairy godmother gifts for DD and DS.

Today was very productive.
i finally finished my DIY version of the hipster bag and i love it.
I also finished the pants to complete DS's train outfit. seersucker pants and cap, with train applique on a plain t-shirt.
I have all our custom shirts done, i finished all the graphics , printing cutting pasting ect for my version of the grand welcome. and the suitcase were all those goodies go in is packed. I finished all the daily goodie bags for boths boys and they are packed as well.
tomorrow i'm going to try and pack most of our things since the weather here in NY took a turn for the cold.
oy and to think i still have till next friday to go...what to do now?
oh and if you want to see pics of said things i'm about to update my PT report right now.

Yay, I'm glad the trip report helped! I highly recommend cruising with Disney at least once. We thought it would be a one-time thing, but now I understand why people love Disney cruises so much!

Well, we are here at Old Key West. We would have been in MK by now, but it has been pouring! It looks like it's wrapped up now, so we will be heading there shortly.

Interestingly, they are filming a promotional video here at the resort. Cute little family actors and kids being filmed stolling around. We accidentally ran in the middle of it because we were trying to get out of the rain. They had to wait for us to duck into a shop to start filiming again. This was certainly a Disney first!

Hi everyone. I am writing this from the AKL and am waiting to aboard the magical express. I've been here since 9/5/12. It's been truly magical... Crowd levels very low, wait times extremely light , fantastic food on the disney deluxe dining plan and service was impeccable. I attended the Msnsshp last night for the first time. All I can say is WOW. Disney really put on a great show from start to finish!! I even got to meet cruella, maleficent, and dr faciller. Just as a tip the villains start their own lines for meet and greets right after the mix and mingle. Go as close up to the ropes as possible and speak with photo pass peeps. They will direct you to the appropriate line Maleficent, cruella, evil queen, dr faciller, queen of hearts all had lines. I hope you all experience a magical trip like mine.

We are arriving Friday afternoon for 7 days. Looks like it will be mid to high 80's and partly cloudy but nice. At least that was the last time I checked! I try not to check too much, that way I don't depend on good weather. I am determined to have fun no matter what the weather!

It seems like this past vacation has wore me out more than the last 2 vacations combined, I guess my age is catching up to me! All and all, we enjoyed it. It only rained two of the eight days we were there and both times it was not really a problem so that was good! Next year I'm thinking we'll just get a 5 day PH, that way we can spend a little more time in Downtown Disney as well as spending more time enjoying the resort. Oh yeah, did I mention that I booked next years trip before check out???

We are done with MK for the night and I am sitting at the pool at OKW. I am pleasantly surprised with this resort. Didn't think much about staying here, but it's really cute and there is more to explore than we will have time for.

We booked a free dining bounceback for next August at CBR. We wanted Little Mermaid, but it's excluded for now. They said to check back since it might be added later. You have to call the main reservation line to book before you checkout--there is no bounceback information in the room. Free dining bounceback valid for dates 8/18/13-9/28/13.

We will be heading to bed soon as we depart for Port Canaveral and the Disney Dream in the morning!

By the way, OKW resort has been empty, we had the entire bus to ourselves heading over to MK, and lines had virtually no wait. It was a great day!
