Sure, no problem. Not sure when you are going. We will be back from our vacation on Sept 25th So, I can post something after that. If you need it sooner, just let me know and I can try to do it earlier for you.:goodvibes

we are in wdw Sept 12-18th

6 months until I'm back in the world:cool1::banana::love:

I'll be at Pop Sept 23-30th. No ADR's for me because I only have the quick service plan.

We love the QSDP. Just alot easier for us. We have used it twice and this year will be our 3rd time. We do pay OP for 2 TS meals but that comes in usually under in what we would spend in tips. I know I'm in the minority but we do the water parks and other things since we go for so long. So making the adr's just never seem to work for us. We are ok doing a couple but I hate being in the parks working around adr.

We have a pirates league appointment for the girls and 2 ts meals for 11 days and that is plenty for us.

We were thinking of upgrading to a moderate and still are but not sure how we would like going back to adr's. Dh thinks we could drop the WP feature and just hang by the pool a couple of days and hit DTD. But he loves the WP's so I'm not sure if he would be completly happy about that.

Made all my ADR's today. Still couldn't make them online, but was able to get everything we wanted and at the times we wanted. There was only one that the time was a little earlier then I would like, but at least we got everything. So excited, can't wait for vacation!!!

We have! The food there if I remember correctly is the standard Disney buffet, like Chef Mickey and Crystal Palace, so you really can't go wrong. We are doing the opposite. We did Hollywood and Vine last time and to switch it up a bit, we are going to 50s Prime Time. My hubbie is not to sure about that one, but we have been to Disney during free dining 4 times and have not done that one yet...so here it goes, this trip.

I have done the Prime time before food was good, ALOT TO EAT!! It is a heavy meal. I just switched our Fantasmic Pkg. to Mama Melroses earlier today. So I think we may be set on our ADR's.:dance3:

Does the F! pkg still have you meet and walk you behind the scenes, to get to the F! theate? I remember this from our Disneymoon in 2004...

Online reservation system not working for me, so I called and got put on hold. This is the first time I didn't get a CM right away....I hope I get what I want!

Just got off the phone with Disney Dining and got the two I wanted. :cool1: We do the QSDP, so are paying OOP for CP and I must say it isn't about the food as none of us are big breakfast eaters, we just want to walk down a fairly empty Main St. in the morning, on our first full day. The Afternoon Tea is a tradition and we LOVE it!

Alright, now I am ready to put everything away and not think about this trip until August! Who am I kidding?

Also wanted to let everyone know that HDDR's scheduled refurb has been pushed back to mid October, which is why we were able to get ressies.

Keep checkign DIS for trip tips.
I found a rentel car code this week that helped me save a ton on a SUV for our trip. My yougest DD gets very car sick on the Disney bus so we have to take a car from the Airport and the rental is just about $80 more that a towncar would be.

Hello Cantwait,
We're going to be there exactly the same dates as you and we have reservations for the BBQ Sat 9/15. Looking forward to it. Have heard good and bad thing about the foor, but how bad can hot dogs be! Anyway, going for DGD, so she should love it! Maybe see you there! Has anyone had experience with T-Rex? Have reservations there but am reconsidering as I've read that it is so load that many kids are very afraid, and also that the meal ends up beingless than enjoyable because of the noise. Appreiate any info. Thanks

masim,
We are doing BBQ on Thursday, I have heard the food is OK but I have heard its alot of fun. My girls are younger 8 & 5 so I think they will enjoy it.

I am so looking forward to this trip. We have had summer like weather here, and I have keep telling myself it still March and I still over 5 months away from my trip..
However I just ordered some fabric for my very first atemped at make dresses. (wtih a friends help)

Can I ask how much your SUV rental was, and with whom?
We need a minivan, and the 700 rental cost scares me. I'm sure we'll find a code at some point, but the sooner I can get everything booked, the better.
We did our ressies as well.
20st - Chef Mickey for dinner 6:25, then watch fireworks from the hotel
21st - Crystal Palace 8:25am
23-Hollywood & Vine 8am
24 - Cape May Cafe 8:10am (this one is new to us)

You can edit my name on the main list, please -- we're no longer unsure of our dates. We're confirmed for 9/29 - 10/6. And I am soooooo glad we weren't holding out for free dining. I was really surprised/disappointed to see that the family suites weren't included at all, not even for QSDP, but fortunately we had decided to do a different kind of trip this time anyway. It will be the 6 of us plus DH's parents, staying offsite (Terra Verde townhouse with pool), 2 dd's are doing YES programs (yay for the discount tickets!), and we're even pondering the possibility of taking the Auto Train. I'm really excited to try some new things.

I'm a little worried about getting the couple of ADR's we want to do OOP, since we have to do 180 days and everyone with FD will have already done their 180+10. I really want an 8am CP breakfast on 9/30! Not holding my breath for that one. :sad2:

Marblies -- can you (or anyone else) tell me more about the Afternoon Tea? It sounds like something my MIL would love! I'm off to stalk the dining boards to see what I can find out.

Yummy Mama Melrose! We will be there on Sept 13, first day in WDW. One of the best in WDW!!! Enjoy:thumbsup2

Did a little shopping for myself this weekend. :). Got a bikini for around the pool and a couple of tankinis for the water parks.. I always bring 3 bathing suits I hate wearing a wet suit.

We moved our dates up by a month, so unfortunately we are no longer September bound, we're August bound. We're still at the Poly from August 25th-Sept 1st.

I figure the heat will be the same, but hopeully we'll escape the love bugs by going month earlier than usual.
