I can't believe I didn't post on here forever ago. We've had our trip planned for over 6 months now! But now that it's finally getting closer, it feels more real. So I thought I'd join in on the party. We're going May 23-Jun 1 and are staying at Pop.

Getting soo excited!!!! Flights are booked and we ended up adding an extra night!!! We'll be arriving on May 22nd instead of the 23rd...need to change my ticker!

Family Trip! Myself, My BF and his twin boy (2 1/2 ) , My dad, My mom, and my two sisters! My first time going to Disney with toddlers...should be fun!

I called this morning on a whim to see if I had any pin codes attached to my name. Guess what? We did! Free dining but only at certain deluxe resorts. The castmember I spoke with was extremely rude and would cut me off whenever I tried asking any questions. The figures she gave me seemed really high though. Once I got off the phone, I went to the Disney site and started running numbers and I simply can't make any of her numbers work. Guess I'll have to call back during my lunch hour and hope I get a castmember in a better mood and willing to answer any questions I have.

I can't believe they already are selling bathing suits, where I am. We have 4 feet of snow. Oh well, atleast the sun tan lotion was on sale!

We will be at Beach Club for the night of April 28th (to get some 'beach' time in since we are not doing DCL this year), then we will be over at bay lake tower until May 5th.

cannot wait! this trip is a surprise for our girls...we've been several times, but this time we're not telling them ahead of time!

Our dates are VERY similar!!! Apr 26 (first park day 27) to May 5 in Disney - then on to more Florida stuff and heading back home the 15th but our Disney portion is right in there with yours We'll have to compare park days!

It's the 2nd of March so we are leaving in exactly 2 months

Very happy and really looking forward to spending 10 nights at CSR and hopefully having enough time to stop and smell the roses
Also interested to see how the QSDP will work out for us.

Payment is due next week so my credit card will be taking a beating as we have only paid the £100 deposit so far...

Oh my GOSH!!! How on earth did I not know that??? I have searched online a few times for some music to listen to while I plan and could only find stations with teenie bopper music mixed in. LOL Either that or I couldn't get access in Canada - I hope that's not the case with this ne too. I will give it a try today.

Enjoy the Dis Radio - it really doesn't have teenie bopper music on it. sometimes Usher, Rascal Flatts, Leann Rhimes doing covers of Disney songs but that is about it.

Hey May peeps....

i've been seeing a lot of references and pictures of the castle show before Wishes...Memories Magic and You or something like that. Looks really cool....
but can't tell if they are still doing it? I looked on dates for March and there was no reference to it on the park calendar, nor in May, but someone just saw it last week I thought....

So do they not list it on the calendar as a separate thing. Is it just considered part of Wishes (which is on almost every night?). Just wondering. Trying to figure out when I'm going to keep the kids up late enough to see that if it is still happening!

Anyone tempted by the free dining offer? This will be my last trip in May... I wish we would've waited. Food & Wine spoiled me in October and I would LOVE to do it again. I'm very tempted to go in September just because I'll still have an AP & the TIW card which could save me a lot... plus the free dining offer... ugh. Why can't I live closer?

My boyfriend has Disney as one of his clients, so his contact is trying to work with us to book for us under Friends and Family (which could mean we can stay in a more expensive place than Pop!), but it is taking forever! I just want to know we are booked so I can make the ADRs

No, I don't think so - it probably just means as usual I am WAAAYYYY too far up north! UGH!!!! We just got a blizzard so it's silly of me to expect them to be bringing out the swimsuits I have to wait until Easter time i guess. I just worry though that i won't find something i like on time.

I am so tempted by the offer. I went last year in September and had the free dining. I really wish I lived closer. The airfare from Syracuse, NY is always so expensive, so it may not be feasible for me to even dream about going

Oh my, all these threads about monorail closures are worrying me... I hope we can get to the Polynesian Resort (Ohana) for our dinner reservation. Can you take the bus there? o-O; Does that take longer?

Also, since my trip is paid off, Disney sent me a little card in the mail "Next stop: Magic" with Donald running to the monorail. Not much, but it still got everyone in my house super excited.

Hi everyone! Taking my 9 year old son and wife to Disney for the first time May 6-9. Only three days, but time and budget are limited!

I'm currently in Afghanistan (military), and should be home middle of April. I haven't booked yet (hopefully today), but I should be getting the military 35% discount on Moderate resorts (going for POR), and 4-day Park Hopper passes at $138 each for military...so my biggest question is rather or not to get the Quick Service Dining Plan.

I've been obsessively planning this for awhile...hopefully I made the right choices. If anyone has any thoughts/ideas/tips for something different, I'd love to hear them.
