Where can I get those? I haven't seen those here either. Would maybe an office max or office depot have them?

I got some last year before our cruise, but I think I got them online (eBay maybe).

There are 2 different types, clear and white. Clear works if you want them on the inside of the windows (just print them reversed), but remember anything WHITE on your graphic doesn't print, so it will be CLEAR.

Here's how the white turns out. It sticks well, but suffered a little after a 4 hour drive.

How cute! :cutie: I am going to go look for these this weekend. I wonder if ours will make a 15 hour drive? :rotfl:

Thanks for the info! I'll have to look online for them. It is very doubtful that I will find them in any stores around here!

I just ordered a Mickey cake for my DH's 40th BD. His BD is 10 days before our trip so he will think the celebrations is done. We have having it served when we dine at Chef Mickey's. He won't be expecting a thing.

We have a large Pop Century Countdown: What Will You Celebrate thread going. It includes a chronological list of disers and their travel dates. Hope some of you will join us. Here's the link. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2033980

We're not staying at the Pop this time, but you'll love it!! It is really fun. We are DVC, so we stayed there before we were DVC and once when we added days to our trip at the beginning and end after we banked our leftover points. I wish I knew how to post a photo here, I have an super cute pic of the Pop Century Luggage truck. It looks like luggage!! If someone tells me how to insert my pic, I will add it.

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

I love the part when you said that you have to use an American accent! :rotfl: That just sounds so funny to me.

We think this is so funny because there are so many "American" accents. Sometimes those with northern accents can't understand Texans. :rotfl:

I'm live near Washington DC, but I lived in Texas from 88-94. My neighbor and I would laugh at the way each other said things. There is at least 3 or 4 separate New York accents (my mom had the Upstate while my dad had the Brooklyn), Texas has a different southern accent that most of the south. Northern Virgnia has no accent to me :confused3 but southern and central do. Then there is the midwestern and the yankee. I hear that the British have separate accents, but I have trouble detecting them. (Irish, Scottish, London, Beatles)... Its so fun!!:yay:

t will be me, DH, DS8, DS6, and DSalmost 2. We will be arriving at 9:00AM staying at AKV for two nights, then moving offsite to a timeshare for a week and joining the rest of DH's family. Sister, BIL, Grandma, Granddaddy, and 5 cousins.

I'm thinking about doing the deluxe dining plan for the two nights we are onsite and stretching it to cover the three full days. My plan is to go to parks early eat lunch, go back to AKV to swim and rest then back to the park for late dinner and EMH.

I'm worried if we are going to spend too much time traveling from place to place and not enough time enjoying the resort.

Well, you gotta eat!! That said. The amount of food they give you is extensive. Whenever we do a character breakfast we skip lunch and just have snack. You WILL NOT be hungry! I am not doing the meal plan this trip because it was too much to eat!! Don't forget that your dining plan will expire at midnight on the day you check out, so you can use it fully that day even though you'll be moved to another resort. And remember that you lose your EMH after switching to a non-Disney:scared1: resort. Once your meal plan is finished, you can enjoy the restaurants without having to eat appetizers or desserts (not sure what deluxe includes). I enjoy eating my dessert several hours after dinner at a different location (such as Ghirrardhelli or the Main Street Bakery). Ohana is family style, not buffet, but we STILL were stuffed afterwards and skipped lunch and made it all the way to dinner. When we had a full meal for lunch at the table service restaurant Yak & Yeti, we went very light on dinner, and ate it much later than usual. You might find yourselves in that situation.

Right, we will only have the dining plan for wed, thurs, fri, the rest will be oop and will include the rest of the family. Once we move offsite I plan to spend more time enjoying the timeshare resort and less time in the parks. That's why I was thinking about getting all the dining out of the way at the beginning. But I'm worried we will be spending all of our time traveling from one restauant to the next. and be too full to eat again and again. My boys don't eat that much and it would be easy to split meals, but with most of the meals we want to do being buffet or family style we can't do that. I may just do regular dining and save some of the places we want to try for another trip. Decisions, decisions.

That would be smart. My DD6, doesn't eat much either. Once, we ended up paying $17.99 or so for her to eat at Hollywood & Vine (for our Fantasmic package) and she ate some bread and a rice krispie treat!! Not a smart way to spend money. Once when I was there with my sister and her son, we had the meal plan. We found that my DD and her DS could have SPLIT a kids meal and been satisfied. The kids meal plan though, is less than $10 a day, so that actually is cheaper than you can go without it. You pay less to waste food. We did feel like we spent all day chasing our dining reservations. This upcoming trip, since there will be 7 of us, we're not doing dining. We'll eat the bulk of our meals in our DVC villa (at least plan to). We've kept our table service reservations to a minimum. Just the ones we really want to try this time. We also will try to hit Beaches & Cream for lunch and Rainforest at some point(no reservations required). We're going to try Boma for a family dinner and Sanaa for just the adults. We're doing the afternoon tea at Grand Floridian (in lieu of lunch for the ladies only) and the Character Breakfast at Cape May. Lunch on the Cape May breakfast day will be a light snack around EPCOT. Breakfast on the tea day will be at the villa. Its hard to give up on the restaurants you want to try, but you can always call last minute and see if you can get in if you really feel the need and have the time and appetite. Sometimes it works out. It did for us.

Our last trip (last year) was in June. Though the weather wasn't too bad, it did rain once while we were there. I was wondering if the weather in July is like June or is it way hotter/wetter? :confused3 I have looked at the estimates but personal opinions are way better. ;)

Thanks!

We went in July last year, July 19-21 to be excact, and it was pretty hot. Not too humid or wet, but very very HOT. Very high 90's for that trip, but there were enough places to find relief that it certainly wasn't a big deal for us.

I would just check to assure that your dinning plan will be valid for the days you have planed. If you are going to stay on site for 2 nights I think you will only have three days not four. Please check so you do not find yourself wasting money.

I expect to see at least a little rain each day much like we often find in September. I don't think it will be bad. I suspect we will have 30 min to 1 hour every afternoon between 2 and 5 PM.

The way we manage this is to being a number of cheap rain ponchos. We buy them for under a dollar a local hardware and discount store. They come packaged in a small 3" by 5" square. Once we use then we just toss them at the end of the day. I need to get a few more for this trip as if we each have a new one for each day I woukld need 32 of them. Most likey will carry 5 for each and pray for a few dry days or try to reuse them. The issue is that they do not refold to as small and are not as easy to carry once opened.

Welcome to the newcomers and I will backtrack soon to get you added to our list. The who's going list can be found on page 3 of this thread in post 39. Lois

Has anyone checked out the Kim Possible Secret Agent for a Day thing at Epcot. One of my friends told me about it. It really sounds neat. I think it will be a good way for the kids to see Epcot.

I dont htink thats too much!
I am actually looking now and attempting to book MORE! although I promised my fiance our honeymoon would not be on schedule I fear that we wont be able to get any days when we want!
