So I did it today - 10 Miles!!!
Woo HOO! 
My run went really well today. I skipped going to the gym yesterday, which made a world of difference - my legs felt fresh and ready to go! I still had some tummy issues around 4 miles and had to use the nasty porta potty again,
but I think that's just me; I can live with it. The only other issue I had was some painful thigh chafing from my shorts which is making me rethink what I'm going to wear during the race. When I got in the shower and the soapy water hit the area - YOWEE! That hurt! But all in all, it was a great run!
This really feels like a miracle to me! A year ago, I couldn't run more than a block without stopping to catch my breath, and now I can run 10 Miles! It seemed like something completely out of my reach, but now I have the confidence that I CAN DO IT! I can't express how amazingly good that feels!
