**Official Frozen Sing-Along, Oaken's, Holiday Premium Package Tips, updated 1/5/15

Do you have any down time the next day if they need it after staying up late and getting up early for CP?

Not really because I wanted to stay for the parade. We don't have anything scheduled after that though aside from 5:20 dinner reservations ('Ohana) so I was going to make it an early day since we have a MK evening later (planning to arrive ~5:30pm and stay as late as we can for PM EMH) during the week....

How quickly does the Sing Along fill up? Would it be possible at rope drop to get a return time for Jedi Training, ride TSMM standby and then get a return time for the Sing Along for sometime between 3-5pm? TIA

.

On your way to TSMM, stop by San Francisco Street and pick up your Sing-Along tickets... it's on the way to TSMM.

We just returned and this is perfectly doable. When we did it, we rode RnRC standby (were among the first on of the day) and then went to ToT (but didn't ride because standby was already 45 min.) After that DH went and picked up all of our tickets for the 3:30 show while DD and I rode TGMR. (We did NOT have the package.) No problems at all! Have fun! It is definitely a must-see!:thumbsup2

We got a 2:30 return time at 12:30 on a non - emh day.

I feel like I've seen this somewhere in here, but can you reasonably watch both the frozen fireworks and fantasnic on the same night? (Early fantasnic show?)

Yes. There is a tip on the first post about exiting to the left from F! It's easier to see fireworks then go to f! Package.

Not that you wouldn't ;) but be sure to be courteous of those who choose to skip Fantasmic in order to get a Frozen spot. We actually chose a spot further toward the front in front of the kitchen store. We got there around 9:20 and it was pretty empty since everyone was up close by the stage. We had a great view of the jumbo screens and the fireworks, so it was a great spot. Then, Fantasmic let out and swarms of people started to crowd in, to be expected, no biggie...then up went all the kids on shoulders because they couldn't see the stage. We were so annoyed. We couldn't see anything. There was actually a group in front of us also that had a stroller with 3 giant Mickey balloons tied on it really high. I have a funny picture that shows how these three balloons blocked the entire jumbo screen. I know we chose to stand back further, so we didn't expect to have a perfect view, but it was annoying that people came in at the last minute and put their kids on their shoulders. One little girl (probably about 4?) tapped my mom on the shoulder and said you're tall and I can't see, will you move?

I just read the following on the Disney website - that says the Frozen Summer of Fun Premium Package will be offered through September 2nd??? Not sure if this is a typo or if they added one more day? We just had to change our vacation dates and I am trying to figure out if we can catch one of the last days of this...

I see where you mean. I never noticed that before. On the right hand side though, it does say July 5 to Sept 1. I'm sure it's just as typo. Can't imagine just a 1 day extension. I'm feeling positive about their being some type of extension after all the rumors floating around. But a one day would be just silly.

Would I be able to make 11:15 lunch reservations at 50's prime time, if I watch the welcoming from the package viewing area? I've read that it's a very short show.

One More question. I have the frozen package. Would it be possible to get to a fantasmic show the same day that I have the frozen package? I want to try and get HS done in a day.

If there a F! show after fireworks, yes. Otherwise you would miss desserts and that's the best part of the package.

We will be at HS on Sept 1st and would like to be involved in some of the Frozen Summer Fun activities. Not sure how the skating works ( ie: you get a time to come back- can it be much later in the day, etc?), but would this work:

8:55 RNR
9:20 ToT (9-10 FP+)
9:45-10:30 Oaken's trading post activities- I read skating is on the 30's (not sure my group will want to skate as none have iceskated before and kids are 4 and 8). We couldn't skate if we did this - but possibly pull a time if they allowed that for late in the day to come back and skate? Do they do that? How late is it open ?) Also 1 adult grab 2:30 Singalong tickets while in area
10:35 ToyStory (10:20-11:20 fp+)
Walk over toward American Idol the back way for 11 am parade and viewing near idol stage area
11:20 Star Tours(fp+11:25-12:25)get 4th fp for gmr after lunch
11:30 res for 50's Prime Time- arrive a little late ( or go to lunch at 11:30 and then get to star tours by 12:40 w/ 15 min window)
12:30-1 Ride GMR or maybe Muppets if time
1:20 Lights, Motor, Action
2:30 Singalong
Break at Boardwalk room from 2-8 ( cut break short if we can go back for a late ice skating time??? maybe go back at 7, try ice skating at 7:30?)

8:30 Hang out for dancing and fireworks and 9:15 fireworks ( best place to show up and try and get a good spot at this time?)
If we are still able- Fantasmic at 10.
Phew...tired, but excited thinking about it!

Thanks for any advice on what might fit better/work more easily with the Frozen activities! I'm not sure what to expect with the ice skating. This is a complete surprise trip or I'd just ask them- ie: not telling the kids till we pick them up from school to leave. It will be a good girl friend of mine and her 8 year old daughter ( first time to Disney!) plus my family!!!! So excited.

On another Thread, it's been reported a Limited Edition "In Summer" Olaf MagicBand (5,000 only) was released today! Has anyone seen it or found a photo of it?
