Official Dancing With the Stars: Fall 2015

Did some of the dances seem a little short last night? I know that they are all supposed to be the same length but some seemed shorter than others.

I loved Bindi's dance She was so full of life and enjoying herself. I also liked the married couple and Nick. Gary Bussey is a hoot, I hope he is around for a little while. I missed the first two dances so I have no opinion on them.

Well, it was a night of surprises! Surprised Bindi is so good, so fast. Surprised that Alexa looked so uncoordinated, based on previous videos etc. I think the judge's comments for her had to have been based on dress rehearsal, because that was bad.

Biggest surprise, by far, was Alek! I mean really, I've never been so surprised watching this show. I guess it makes sense that you don't sign a contract for DWTS unless you have an inkling that you have some talent for dance, and obviously Alek is a sensible guy. But the opposite happens all the time. Also SO impressed with his apparent lack of nerves. Wow.

So many sacrificial lambs, I think Alexa and others will have plenty of time to improve.

Loved Bindi and Alek. My daughter likes Hayes, follows him a little, and said that the expression he had is normal for him.

One more comment. Just watched Nick and Sharna again. Loved how at the end, he looked intently into Sharna's eyes, like "did I do ok"? Kind of endearing.

I am the only non-Nick fan , lol. I just didn't see what the rest of you did. Then again, wasn't a fan of him during the boy band days either. He seems nice enough, but if I can't remember his dance, (insert yawning smilie if we had it)
