Official "Castle" thread! Spoilers welcomed!

Not an earth shattering episode, but it had a lot of sweet moments. I especially loved the Kate/Alexis scene. And the ending.

Next week looks very intense!

Yeah, I agree. But my favorite part had to be when Castle and Beckett were talking to the Dr. that was in "Stockholm" and the Dr. starting talking to someone next to him. Castle looked to his left to see who the Dr. was talking to then looked completely embarrassed when he realized that the other person was in "Stockholm" too. :lmao:

And did you all recognize Dr. Holloway? He was in 2 episodes in Season 2, Vampire Weekend & The Fifth Bullet. I loved that they brought him back! (same actor, Phil LaMarr)

info about the 1970s show:

As much as I loved The Blue Butterfly, I'm kinda glad they're not going that way for the 1970s show. And showing the characters as they were then? well, Martha, Jim Beckett would be adults, Gates would probably be a teenager (guessing here), Rick would be very young, and Kate was born in 1979, so she could barely be there!

In watching the previews for the new ep, it just doesn't seem like enough effort is being taken to disguise Beckett. The baddies may need the red scarf to positively identify her, but surely someone would have given them a general description? You know, including hair color, height, etc.

Also, I recognize the set; that is the same building that was used as the doctor's home in "When the Bough Breaks".

Like I said earlier, "Room 147" was a cute episode. Lots of little funny moments. Interesting case, too.

Not a ton of great quotes, but a few good ones:

Castle: I’m man enough to admit I’m completely theory-less.
(love that it is Espo that asked him about his theory)

Castle: Do I smell coffee?
Beckett: If you do it was made by elves.
(I did love that when you first saw the mug the handle made a heart. Awwww)

Castle: So, I’m Justin and you’re one of the many people who shot me.
Beckett: I’m starting to feel the urge.

Castle: You are engaged to a genius
Beckett: a genius at annoying me

Beckett: How do you know what I do to you when you’re sleeping?
Castle: Whoa. Well, whatever it is wake me up for it next time.
(their discussion at the end)

Alexis: Can I come home?

Beckett: It’s just that you got excited, it’s kinda cute

I'll admit to think hypnosis until Castle mentioned it. I did guess that the good doctor was not in Stockholm. (I thought of The Wizard of Oz)

Loved, loved, loved the scene between Beckett & Alexis. The "love haze" stuff was priceless. Let's hope they find some more time to let those 2 have scenes together.

And loved when Alexis knocked on the door, asked to come home, the great hug & the "thank you" to Kate. Nathan Fillion, Molly Quinn, and Stana Katic were wonderful in that scene.

A sweet episode. And hold onto your hats folks, I hear that Stana Katic hits it out of the park on Monday - we're gonna need tissues - it's amazing. I don't think we'll be laughing much after it's over!
