Yep, that's who we got, too. What I've found shows that the last thing she did (besides appearances as herself) was a bit part in the movie "Chicago" 10 years ago. I saw the movie, but that was a long time ago and I don't remember the minor players at all. I could move plans around and take a chance with "TBD" which is our last night there--the two options we have open are both this person.

Chita Rivera is a Broadway legend! She is the original Anita from West Side Story and Vera Kelly from the original broadway staging of Chicago! I love her!

Just wanted to chime in to say that I know she isn't a huge film star, but Chita Rivera is indeed a legend and goddess of musical theatre, and a force of nature even at the age of 85. She is a multi-time Tony winner and was honored at the Tonys this year with a lifetime achievement award. She still performs regularly, and starred in her last Broadway show in 2015, for which she was nominated for Best Leading Actress in a Musical. I wish so badly that she was going to be there for our dates. I really think you will LOVE her!

Yes, they have held spots for the CP package. So, they have the non-CP reservation slots and the CP reservation time slots.

Sweet! Ok so I’ll just login early like everyone else and try to book a package. If I can’t, then at least i have my regular reservation to fall back on. In that case I’ll just bring binoculars and a parabolic microphone with headphones

I didn’t try to read through the whole thread, but our first choice would be have lunch at Via Napoli around 1 or 1:30 and then see the first show.

Do I understand that the best way to get this combination would be to call the dining reservation number?

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet or not, but I just got an AP email saying that APs can start booking the CP on 7/10!

Because of the length of our trip, we can choose between Whoopi, TBD, Blair and Gary. My husband definitely wants Gary so I'm going to book for him but can I book for TBD also and cancel once we know who that is? Or is that possible? Also, do all four of us need to be in line an hour before or can I get in line and the other three join me fifteen or thirty minutes before seating? Would not do this for a ride but what about for the show? If we all need to be in line together, that's fine too.

I'm wondering the same thing. My AP hasn't been activated yet but I do have the number off of it and was able to book a F&W event early using my AP so I know it'll work. I did have to actually call in to book that event, though. Will we be able to book online or will we have to call to reserve?

You can book for both Gary and TBD and then drop the one you don't want later.

As to the line issue, I would say everyone needs to be in line or at least start that way. If you have a little one that needs to run around a little, if they are at least in line at the beginning, those around you will know they aren't "cutting" later.

Gary Sinese is there during our trip. I'm booking one of the dates for Lt. Dan. Does anyone know if there are any restrictions at Via Napoli with the dining package? I know when we did the Fantasmic DP there were restrictions at Mama Melrose with desserts. I'm expecting the sundae won't be included.
