Just called this morning, Friday, November 7. Not yet.
Just wondering ... I got my Mickey Monitor this week and it said to check the sleeve for discounts beginning 1/1/2004 ... maybe there is a easier way for AP holders to get bookings on rooms???
Originally posted by johnmallonee I just checked and no AP rates as yet for my trip January 21st. There are currently AAA rates for AKL (I got a savannah view at this rate) and Poly.
The AAA rate that I got at AKL for January was $260/night tax included. Nothing special, but better than nothing until AP rates (hopefully) come around. Good luck all.
I called AP yesterday to change my address on my account. She said that the AP/FL Res rates should come out in Dec...She said they want to sell as many rooms as they can for the current time, then offer the discount for future dates..I know I made my Fl Res reservations last Novemeber in the middle of the month....I think I am going to go look at another journal I have and see if I wrote it there
I have to agree with WhispyPixie..it's the thrill of the hunt as much as anything else!!! I have a great reservation at the Swan for my Feb. vacation at a fabulous rate, but I'm still calling to see if I can get the Boardwalk Inn Waterview at a similar price. I called last night...still $524 a night (including tax)!!!!! I'll stick to my $189 Resort View with balcony at the Swan! My CM said the AP rates are coming out "soon."
I hope to get a good rate for my January trip. I already booked airfare ($79 one way on Jet Blue - CHEAP). If nothing comes out, I will be staying with parents 1 hour away, so I can drive over easily enough. It's just more "magical" to stay onsite.
