@Ariel484 Please don't judge me...too be fair, I have a friend that works for ABC and she gets quite the discount. I'm sad that they aren't carrying any Harveys bags at the Resort now because of her discount.
I'm waiting on the Storybook Canal tote. I have the Tiki Room, Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise and Peter Pan totes. And the wallet.

Seriously, that bag is the most comfortable Harveys Tote. If they made it other (solid) colors, I'd buy more. Hee.

Fairy Friday!!

For the expo I'm usually pretty limited on what I can buy at Tink. I always end up with the pins for each race, and sometimes a water bottle if I like the design. I usually take this opportunity to buy any Coast to Coast and generic runDisney merchandise that I want since I'm not spending a fortune on race specific stuff at this race.

As for DLR merchandise I always come home with a few new pins. I've also started buying one of the vinyl records with a graphic on it each trip. Ikea has great record frames to put them in.

Tell me more about these records? Where do you find them. My hubby is a vinyl guy and is building a Disney collection for my kiddo! Would be perfect surprise for him!!

The woven ones (cute!) are heavier, but the horizontal strip bags are lighter weight. I have a resort tote that I use that as a work bag that is amazing, light and colorful.

Does anyone know if there is a map of the runner area/family reunion area posted anywhere? There was one for Princess but I can't find a Tink one. I like to know where everything is before I go.

They're in the 20th Century Music Shop (when walking in on the right hand side across from the Emporium). It's mostly pins up front but in the back corner they have a bunch of records. They all have great graphics on them too.

Never ran in a sparkle skirt yet (the light one). Was afraid it would ride up or twist around. Went for a trial run in my shirt, skirt, and capris. All worked great! No skirt problems. The stomach sweat kept it and my spibelt in place!!!

All morning I was thinking about the race. I can't wait. DH is getting the luggage out today!!! I'm starting to pack this week. Long run next Sunday and speed work today.

So, the transfer date has passed (see https://www.rundisney.com/tinker-bell-half-marathon/registration/ under "Registration Policy") but I'd email them and ask anyway - they were letting people transfer after the date for the January races, and the transfer form is still up on the Tink section, so you never know...

If they say you can transfer, you'd need to register for the challenge first (which is why I recommend emailing them first to get the okay) and then fill out this form: https://secure.as1.wdpromedia.com/m...-half-marathon/TBHMTransferForm_March2017.pdf

And then they will refund you your half marathon fee minus the $45 transfer fee.

Just reporting back from Dark Side where there was no New Balance virtual queue that it was super easy to just walk up and buy the shoes. Granted, I did this at around 6:45 p.m. on Friday, and the expo closed at 7 p.m., but the New Balance area was quite large, they had numerous salespeople available, and the whole transaction (trying on the shoes and making the purchase) took less than 10 minutes. I was also back at the expo about an hour after it opened on Sat. morning and same thing. No wait to try on or buy shoes in the New Balance booth. There were also plentiful shoe ornaments both Fri. night and Sat. morning. Do we know for sue that they are doing shoe ornaments for Tink? I did not see them among the pre-order items.
