Doing RnR SF this weekend. I hope the hills don't kill my IT band only a month before Tink!

GOOD LUCK AT THE RACE! Make sure you bring plenty of water - miles 4-8 do not have a water station because of the bridge.

I opted to cancel out of that one and head down to Carlsbad instead for the Carlsbad 5000 -- figured RNR Raleigh and Nashville would be tough enough WITHOUT SF!

Have a great race at RnR SF! It's very challenging, but so awesome running across the Golden Gate. I did it last year and loved it! Have fun!!

AHHHHHH I saw that!! It's giving me hope!

I've seen rumors that Tink deferrals will be up 4/18. Who knows if that's true but I'll be stalking runDisney.com like crazy!!

My training is going. Still have Achilles problem going for injections every 2 weeks since Princess the Doc is holding me together, injections to continue till Tink.
Ran 19km this morning gorgeous morning here sunny no wind. Still doing contrast baths. Lot of ice and heat.But I'm getting it done, no great speed here but goal is just to finish. I promised the Doc I would take a month off after Tink. Looking forward to the trip home on the cruise ship! Ahh 3 days of relaxing. Just thinking about this but I do have the green light from the Doc and Physio, I must set goals for myself this is a big one! I want to put in my entry for the Honolulu Marathon! Big jump from half to full but if I can commit to training for all those hours I think it will be fine. Checking on prices of condos for rent. This will be hard but I think do able for Dec 11.

After a very long work and life-related hiatus, I'm happily back to the DisBoards, just in time to get ready for Tink. I'm afraid that I'm well behind on just about everything from ADRs (which I just got around to tonight, so sadly, we won't be eating at Napa Rose this year...) to PoT...which I think I missed completely. Anyone know how to check on that? Actually, starting at the back may not be the worst idea, since I'll be doing Pixie Dust at 29 weeks pregnant. There's going to be plenty of walking if the Cherry Blossom Ten Miler this weekend is any indication.

I just hate this concept RD has about paying for things before you see them!!
But then again- I am not getting in until Saturday. Hmm...

I know....but just remember if you don't like the item you can return it. But you will not get the Active fee back. At least in prior races rD let us do returns.

For Darkside they put pictures up a couple days after they started selling them. I am hoping that happens with Tink too

I'll be way more excited when I can defer my PDC entry. But I paid off my reservation off last week...getting closer!!

So now we start the waivers/corrals/Dooneys/merchandise watch. But I'm guessing we may not see anything related to Tink weekend until Dark Side is over.
