I just did 4 today. After last week's 12 miler, my feet hurt for a couple of days. So, I just did a 30 min. this week and the 4 today. Supposed to go to 14 next weekend, but I was thinking 13. Why go over?But, since my feet bothered me so much this past week, I may just do 10 to keep endurance up. I'm really not sure what to do. We're hitting the parks the week after the race. If my feet hurt like last week's 12, I may have to rent a scooter!
My feet were fine until I hit that 12 mark. Just want to stay healthy.
My son and I made a "Countdown to Disney" calendar last night. I googled it and cute pic popped up. It's one with Mickey's for each number on the countdown. We're crazy excited! 18 days until we leave!
Make sure you soak your feet & ankles in cold water after you run. I really think it helps. I also use the Body Shop peppermint foot lotion and LOVE it!
