Official 2011 MNSSHP Party Planning Thread ..BOO to You and You..Happy Halloween!

Can anyone point me to where Lotso can be found please? Thanks!

just posted right above your's....he was in DHS at the Animation Bldg in April, not sure if he is still there though!

Thanks so much for the tips about trying to fix/make my own corset! I'm going to search around the house and see what I can come up with. Shipping here is the pits and at this point I just don't have much time left to find something online to buy. The only other thing I could do is purchase something from the US and have it shipped directly to the resort, but I'd feel better having it finished, in my hands so I know for sure if it'll work out or not. Worse case, if I wreck the corset that came with the costume I'll just have to make time to drive to the city (only 45 min away) to go to the costume store to figure something else out. :)

:goodvibes:goodvibes Good Luck!!! What night will you be at MNSSHP?

He's no longer there, that spot is now Winnie the Pooh's!

I happy we got to see him in April then....we were the second family in line that morning....he smelled so good strawberries and laundry soap!

Military Discounted Tickets:

Is there any way I can check if these are sold out yet for the 30th?? We'll be arriving the 29th and hoping we are able to buy them when we get there!

Thanks :goodvibes

Hi all... We went to MNSSHP 4 years ago and they gave my daughter a mickey pumpkin to trick or treat... is that still being given away or do you have to buy them now? If that is the case we can just bring the one we got then.

thanks!!:lovestruc

I am still trying to decide if I want to spend so much money on Photo pass. Do they have a lot of photo pass opportunities at the party?

I just read on another thread that locals are out of school on Friday, 10/21. Does anyone know if that is true? I am planning to go to MNSSHP on 10/20, but may change to the 10/18 if it is.

at the party you get 40% off any photopass pictures you purchase that night! they will have them at all the M & G, cinderella's coach and around the hub for castle shots and I think there is something set up by the flag pole on Main St! IMHO it's worth the money!

I posted this on another thread: MNSSHP party map after I realized that I was in the wrong thread. So sorry for the repeat!!!!!!

first timer question and last minute decision to attend sept 23 party -
(1) i know there was an announcement about monorails and such, but If i'm up to date, the monorails are still running til the end of the MNSSHP? What time will they actually stop running? We'll be parked at TTC so that's where we are trying to get to -
(2) I know that the party ends at midnight - but do the same park closure rules apply? Such as - the park remains open one hour after the "official" closing time? Or do they shove everyone out at 12:01am?

Just curious so I know how to plan in order to make it back to our car without fighting a mob of people or being stranded with no monorail to get us there and have to walk (which is no problem, we just want to be prepared). We are super excited and thrilled we can go to our very first party - thanks for any help you can offer!

In another thread (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2799588) folks who went the to first party stated that the monorails stopped running at 10:30 pm. It appears that ferry will be the only way back to TTC for those parked there.

I don't know about in Orlando, it is true in Pasco County (New Port Richey), both mine are out on 10/21, and we are planning to drive up on 10/20 for that party and stay with my sister who lives in Orlando for the weekend.

Yes and yes! Get it, you know you want too. :)

I would suggest you get the photo pass cd. I have gotten one everytime we go and its worth it to me. But, you know how much I like pictures though.

I agree the CD is worth the money if you end up taking a lot of pictures since you get all your prints on the CD and print them off when you want. This will also include the enhancements you do to your images.

Also, my understanding is that if you don't like the pictures and decide you don't want the CD you can get a refund.
