I just bought this one, for mad hatter but yours probably works better for pirate!

Oooh that ones hot!! lol LOVE it! I'm worried mine might be too long, it says it's 14" from top to bottom so I don't know if it'll work or not.

Where did you get yours? I got mine from Party City and I am also dissapointed. The felt hat is a mess and hard to sculpt and I'm not even sure how to sculpt it. I didnt get deluxe but sheesh. All the fabric is super cheap.

I got mine from Oya Costumes (CDN store). Yours sounds like mine, when I put on the pants it felt like I had nothing on they were so thin!

Thanks. I do love it, but a little leery of wearing so many colors (tutu is green, black, and coral!), but I guess that's the point of Mad Hatter right?? Right? But I do love the corset, so hopefully it works. Ha.

14" does sound long, but I think you'll be able to make it work. Besides, how often are those write-ups even right?

Two questions I trust what you all are saying about the 4pm entry but is there anyone at Disney that would confirm this time? I am nervous about arriving at 4pm and being turned away. The second is are all the rides and attractions or most of the rides closed during MNSSHP? I am talking like Dumbo, Presidents Hall , Pirates of the Caribbeans, and Tea Cup? I am sorry if this is in any previous post have not had time to go through all the post.

LOL Thats mine too. But I am thinking if its hot we wont complain. hehe. And at least they are black. Hmm. I have some renaissance corsets going to see if one of those would serve me better.

For $25 I would absolutely order it but the seller won't email me back! I would need it here by Tuesday next week so I need to upgrade shipping to Priority for it to make it in time and for it to ship ASAP but so far no answer. It looks like I might be trying to use a ton of safety pins to pin the "corset" and belt onto the shirt to make them stay on where they're supposed to. I'm debating just driving to the city today to see if the closest halloween store has anything I can add to make it look better. Plus my one boot cover's elastic on the bottom snapped last night so I can't even wear them now. No time to get it fixed by someone in time, or exchanged, and I couldn't sew if my life depended on it!

This will be our first party (yea!). I was looking at this year’s brochure that was posted yesterday, at the times the special events happen and have a question. Regarding the dance parties, are they on-going? I don’t see any times listed, so I wasn’t sure if they go the whole night or are scheduled times like the other events.

Also, curious as to how long the Villain Mix and Mingle, Boo to You Parade, and Hallowishes each last (approximately)?

That's a good idea, now you've got me trying to think outside the box. I wonder if I could take some black thread and somehow sew in my own 'boning' to make it lay the way it's supposed to. Or sew some type of stiffer material/fabric to the back of it... then have dh safety pin it onto me as well to help it stay on and where it should be. I don't have a fabric store here in town though and don't really have time to drive to the city. Do you have any other ideas on things that could be used for boning? I might even sew part of the belt to it as well and attach them to help the belt sit where it should too!

Hi. Has anyone seen the Old Hag from Snow White this year and if so where? I have a list of characters DH and I would like to see at MNSSHP. There are definitely too many to fit in if we do all of the other things we want to do. I was wondering if any of the characters listed below can be found in any of the parks on a regular basis so we can see them then to save party time. Thanks so much.

Is there time/way to get what you need when you get to WDW? Just trying to think of other options.

Also, I don't know how delivery is for where you live, but Amazon's overnight shipping is fantastic, and will often even do Saturday's (for a fee of course) if you find something there that would work.

Wow great, do you have a target? Maybe piping or popcicle sticks?? I would say look around your house for anything flexible you could glue it to or something. Maybe extra layers of fabric sewn to it would help it lay better.

Lootso, Maleficent, 7 Dwarfs and Suzy & Perla are not to be found anywhere else.

I think you can find Rafiki at AK.

Evil Queen and Jafar show up occasionally (but certainly not predictably) at the Pop-up character deal in DHS commonly referred to as Characterpalooze around here. (late afternoons 4:50 in the Animation Building on days where there is no Fantasmic prior to 7:30.
