When we went last September a code did come out that for famillies with 4 members or less it actually worked out better than the free dining. It was posted on the boards here on the Dis, The code didn't come out until August I think. Does anyone remember that? I remember looking at it but since were are a family of five it didn't work for us.

Just so you know.....I had the dining plan just a few months back (Nov/Dec - when you still got appetizers!), and I STILL LOST weight while on vacation. I guess it was all that walking.

I did good while at Disney.... it was once I got home, I still wanted my appetizers and dessert! LOL So now I have to loose like 8 pounds to get back to my pre-vacation weight and then some more to get where I really want to be!

So, question. I have a 4 and a 6 year old. If we pay for the 6 year old to have an adult ticket, would she then get the Adult Dining? It seems almost worth it not to have to force feed the kids the kid meals constantly.

I booked my trip in Jan of 2007 for Sept 2007. I booked with the dining plan. When the free dining promo came out I called and switched to the free dining. So if it is offered this year and your travel dates fall within the offer time period, yes you can get it if you have already booked. Last year it started the end of August.

Here's hoping for free dining in September as well. We have dining package at CBR (3 nights but 7 day ticket) before cruise and 3 nights (no package) at ASMo after cruise. We got 40% off lowest value season rate!!!!!!!!!! The dining would be a better discount for the first part but not worth changing second part to a package. I figure (no pun intended) we will need to eat less anyway after 3 days dining plan and 3 days of cruise.
