For those who looked at the BLT small contract, is this a good value for a small contract? We have just started looking and unsure of what is a fair value. Hoping for some advice.

I just committed to a similar contract: 50 BLT points with an April UY. We agreed upon $147 per point. I would say that if that contract is everything you're looking for, then sure. With such small contracts, the price per point difference makes it such a small difference in the overall contract.

Happy to share! It had already been under contract and was newly back on the market for some reason. It was listed at $154 and I immediately jumped on it and made an offer for $135. Heard back from the broker that someone else had offered more, so I offered $144, heard back again that someone had offered more, offered $147 and we were under contract in less than an hour.

Thank you for that info. The Oct. 50pt contract was listed at $154 too. I am such a rule follower I wouldn’t try for less since it says full price offers only. I am also just starting my search so don’t want to jump in for something that isn’t exactly what I want yet.
At least next time I will know to just make an offer.
