October Exercise Challenge - Get out & MOVE while it's still warm out!!

I didn't make my 1500 minutes last month, but I'll try it again this month.
 

I had a rough September and didn't make goal but..........I'm pledging 1200 minutes!!:cool1:

hey PaulaSue, I don't know what others do, but I just took / counted 1 hour for each day we were in the parks. ( I recently returned from WDW) But I figure whatever your conscience tells you is acceptable.

Let's see here, I did a 50 minute walk on Saturday, 60 minutes at yoga last night, and 30 minutes at Curves this morning, so that makes me

Haven't updated in a bit...so I am now at

320/1800 Slowly, but surely....
 
I have now added 161 minutes. That puts me at 259/1000!

Ok... I got on the scale today and almost... :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

I have to start Weight Watchers next week and I'm scared, I guess... Hopefully you can all give me a good reason to excercise!!! :yay: :yay:
