Thank you 1971 Visitor! What about black and white striped tights or is that more of a witchy thing?

Hi did you get my e-mail. I was trying to add to the list?
Sorry, I haven't recieved it yet. Some people have had a problem using the email link in my signature. :badpc: I don't know why it works for some and not for others... :confused3 You can PM me with the info if you want. I will also PM you my email address so you can put it in manually.

1971vistor - GO DAWGS!!!!!!!! Sorry had to do it! You know our big game against yall is Oct. 7th. Dh is already planning on being in the pub that night. Our cruise last sept was when UGA played South Carolina. We spent our first day in the pub watching it with a bunch of other fans. It was a good fun time.

Another Bulldog fan! Well we maybe out numbered with all the Tenn. folks on board. Where is there a place on the ship to watch the game?

The TN/GA game is that day! No way! Is it an evening game? I can't believe our first night on the ship will have to include passes by a television to catch glimpses of the game (provided it's actually being shown)! :rotfl2:

Go Big Orange!! :cheer2:

Sidenote: I live in Georgia (right at the line) and pull for Georgia any other day of the year. ;)

OK, the other night when I was listening to the UT game and posted such, I was just caught up in the cool weather and the first football game I have listened to....

I am actually an Alabama fan :cheer2: .....married to a UT fan :guilty: ......a house divided in October :sad2: ......

Any other 'Bama fans out there?

Jamie

CruzList #15 in in the mail! I have between 4 and 7 wristbands left, depending on how many thesoldtrain wants. The ones that I ran across have been claimed already. They don't cost anything, so speak up quickly. When they are gone, they are gone. Hey corrybaybe, you wanna get on the list?? Drop me a PM or email!! :hourglass

Here! Here! I'm a Vol first, then a SEC fan. Even the Crimson Gators...I mean the Florida Tide....I mean...well, you know.. :lmao: (sorry Jamie :teeth: ). I think Diversions is where the sporting events are shown.

They should show it in the Pub which is in the beat street part of the ship. Last year for the UGA vs. South Carolina they had the projection screen down showing it as well as all the other tvs. It was awesome. And they bring out food - hot wings, hot dogs, nachos, etc for you to munch on. If the same girl is pub master I know it will be on. She's a UGA fan. We had a good time last year watching the game with fellow cruisers.

Oh and 1971vistor my brother-in-law (who will be sailing) is an alabama fan so you're not alone.

Okay, let me give this a try...
First time poster (just found this site) and we are first time Disney cruisers. We just booked this cruise last week, my DH (I'll try to use the right lingo) is deployed with his squadron and we thought this might give us something to look forward to to celebrate his return (October 2). We will also be bringing our DS who is 4.5 (that 1/2 is a big deal to him right now). Any other 4 year old hellions on the list? Any advice is welcome since we are rookies. Looks like Palo is full, and I think we will have to book stingray city on our own since the age limit for the disney excursion is 6 (but on the individual sites it is 4). We would love to be on the list, I'll try to email the info. We are very excited. :yay:

Work at the house is progressing slowly. The outside painters are going to try to finish up tomorrow, the rain has really held things up. The stove & microware are in place, the floor is set to be installed next Tuesday, honey oak prego floor. The counter top and sink will be ordered Saturaday if DW isn't sick, her first day of school and she lost her voice, even the dog won't pay attention to her squeeky voice. Hopefully they'll paint inside when were on our cruises. Very exciting to think "24" :cool1: :Pinkbounc

Good to hear everything is going well with the home renovations. I forgot you are about a week ahead of the rest of us. Don't forget to come wave at us while we wait at the port. :wave2:

WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: Our stateroom number for our guarantee cabin was assigned sometime in the last 24 hours, YAY! Thought any of you wo had guarantee rooms would like to know, in case yours was done, too! I am so excited as we were upgraded (for the time being, as I have heard this can change up to boarding time) to a whopping CATEGORY 8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I love Disney! Maybe doing that vow renewal on board helped us out, who knows? Anyway, 5512 and 5514 for us for now!

Only lurking for a couple of days, actually more like trying to figure this whole thing out plus having enough concentrated time to do so being the only available parent of a high energy 4yr old. Similarly have not had time to send you an email with our info. Will try to do so today but I'm leaving town this afternoon and won't return until the weekend.

Question: What are the possibilities of getting Palo reservations once we board, and what's the best way to go about doing this? Thanks in advance!

Tora

Horay! We've been upgraded from a GTY 12 to a Cat. 9!!!! We now have our Stateroom number too! :cheer2: :cheer2: We're in #2556.

Hi we got our stateroom assignment. Does anyone know anything about Rm # 1044. It sounds like it is in the dugeon. I don't think you can get any lower without getting wet! Oh well we asked for a Cat 12 but was hoping for an upgrade. Can anyone tell us anything about this room?
Lisa

My dd got her room assignment also. She is in room 6000 which is a handicap room and at the very front of the ship. I think she will be spending alot of time in our room!!! ;)
I am very surprised that Disney gave up a handicap room for a cat 12 reservation. Wonder if that will remain her room?

With all the new stateroom numbers, list #16 is in the works!! There is no stateroom report on room # 1044. Don't worry, you'll be on the Magic. :boat: I'd sleep in the lobby or the engine room if I had to! :teeth:

When you board, you will get a welcome aboard Navigator. It will tell you where to go to make Palo reservations. As soon as you get on the ship, do that first. You should be fine. It will be this weekend before I get the new list out, so email me when you can.

I went today to finish up my on-board check-in stuff, and was surprised to find that one of our 2 rooms had been changed (I know that they can make changes, but that was fast!)....it had been "downgraded" from a Cat. 8 on deck 5, to a Cat.9 on deck 2, but I wasn't concerned figuring this is all an upgrade for us. Printed off some forms, went to call DCL for an unrelated question, and in those 5 minutes, they had changed the other room, too, to a Cat. 9 on deck 2....was very pleased to find out that they were noe connecting rroms (YAY!) I know it is a Category less, but I am so happy they were able to get us connecting rooms....

ANyway, I guess I just wanted to let you know this happened in case your room changes, too....looks like they aren't in stone until we sail....okay, so now 2536 and 2538 for us....

Hi everyone! I wish we were still sailing with you guys in October. We came so close to actually going on our first cruise only to have to cancel, darn it. Maybe someday we can still make our way to the Magic! I hope you all have a wonderful time with no storms in your way! Please write trip reports when you get back so I can at least experience the cruise through your eyes.

I have four adult bracelets if anyone still needs any. I can mail them off to who ever would like them. Just send me a PM!

Happy sailing to you all!!!
