As you can see I am Grumpyyongguy's wife. We are still trying to decide if we can go on this cruise. We will not be able to pay our down payment probably til March or April.

So how full is it getting?

Brenda, loved the trip report from last year. Also, loved looking at the pictures. Hoping to get to meet you all.

KAREN MOUSE... we liked the pictures from halloween but must admit we were ckecking out your disney goodies in the cabinet behind you. looks like you have some great stuff. we picked up the wdcc dreamfinder and figment at epcot last month.
TIMON...liked the picture of baby room. robin liked the picture of the snow. not me. give me that florida sunshine any day. your puppies are great. we have a 100 lb. black lab mix that looks like a baby bear.

im on a bad streak here. i turned 50 in sept. that was ok with me. you are only as old as you feel right? but some strange thing have been happening. we went out to eat and the waitress gave me a senior menu. robin thought it was funny.
then the next week we go to max and ermas to eat and the waitress wanted to know if this would be on the same check? what, did she think i was too old to get a girl like her?
Then last weekend we were babysitting our first grandchild (1 month old).we got hungry so robin stayed with the baby while i went to burger king. the drivethru was packed so i went inside. after ordering i looked at my reciept to find out SHE gave me a senior discount.
ok im feeling really old now. the bad part is robin is almost 2 years older than i am.
maybe i need another trip to wdw to make me feel young again!!

Hey everybody...we were dropping close to the end of page 1 so I decided to bump.

Jason is feverishly working on finalizing his new DVD: Plankton Takes on Disney World. I can't wait to share it with those of you here who are twisted enough to want to sit through 100 pictures of Plankton around the world (some of these pictures are hilarious!).

Anyway, before I go update my food porn thread, here's a picture of Plankton with his mouse ears. Are you lurking, Poohbush? This one's for you!!

You know, it's probably a good thing Jay and I don't have kids. They'd just end up twice as twisted as we are.

Oh you poor thing! - you did make me laugh though. It reminded me of when I was pregnant. I was 16 weeks and I didnt think I showed or had a bump. We were on a 2 centre holiday - Boston and Chicago - (last USA holiday til baby was 1) and we were in a department store. We were looking on the store guide to see what floor I needed and one of the staff asked if we needed help. I asked her for ladies clothing and she TOLD me to the floor I needed. - Holy cow - when I got there it was maternity and baby section! - I nearly died! - she could tell!!!! - I was really concious of it from then on! - Mind you - it was that holiday when I first fwelt Ellis kick - we were in a cinema in Chicago on the pier watching the new Fantasia and he kicked me for the first time - he was obviously already a Mickey fan

Anyway, re the cabinets on my photos - I hadnt even noticed them in the background. I posted them on the Dibb too and they all said the same thing - One person even told me to move out the ay next time so she could get a better view of the collection

I have most of the old wdcc pieces but stopped collecting about 3 years ago. I have the original dress from Cinderella and all the other pieces, the first peter pan set with croc - (tick tock) etc. and many many more. To be honest I rarely look at them anymore. I'd sell them but theres a lot on ebay that dont sell, although they are usually the newer pieces. Theres four cabinets altogether bursting with disney - mostly wdcc - I darent add up how much things cost - could probably have afforded a cat 1 cabin

Nancy, you are way cool thank you sooooooooooooo much for the fantastic photo of The Wonder leaving the port on 15th Oct,as Ive said in a pm it is in pride position in our cruise albulm, on page one !!! you did have me going for a while with your note, about being able to see me partying on deck 10 ! Im going to try and use everyones "proper" names, just cos im such an airhead, I will be using the DIS names for people on the cruise. And while xxxxxx is fully entitled to call himself " A fat English Gent"... I think it would sound very very rude to call him that for the whole 7 nights

I thought this would have been funny if all 4 of us had the same magnet, but then I thought ahead and figured some other passenger might think that I'm a CM and come to me to complain to me about their verandah door not opening and that they are out of soap or that there are too many kids running up and down the halls. Ooooh noooo thank you! You can have my magnet Karen!!

But here's a cute little story from last year. Chuck and I had quite a few magnets on our door. We switched them around often. One of the magnets had our engagement picture on it along with a picture of us now. A little girl that had a cabin a few doors down stopped us as we left our cabin one night. She wanted to meet us because she thought we were "famous actors". Chuck told her that we weren't unless eating 20 pounds of bacon on the cruise made him famous. She said, "Oooh, then you could be on Fear Factor". Then he told her that we were on our "Honeymoon" 25 years late. She said, "Oh, now I get it".

What? Get what? She was only 7 years old!!

Not many will see my door magnets anyway cos we're the very last cabin before you fall off the back of the ship on deck 5 which has very few cabins on it anyway. Still making laods of different ones though to swap every day - eg one for pirate night, formal night etc.

I found a strip of magnet in my local craft shop the other day so I'm itching to get started - hubby thinks I'm mad. I have already printed off loads of images off the internet to use, so if you're cruising around on deck 5 have a stroll past our door and admire my artwork

I whacked my knee on our door frame about an hour ago - ouch - it is still throbbing. Luckily I had been grocery shopping and had some frozen peas in one of the bags. Its gonna be all kind of colours soon. Its as swollen as Cass' tummy (only kidding Cass - my knees bigger!)

Honestly, it's been rough. But I have an AMAZING husband who has been taking such good care of me, so I can't complain too much. He's normally a great husband but lately, he has really stepped it up, I think I will keep him Despite his THREE jobs, he has basically taken over most of the housework, gets me anything I need, want or desire and NEVER EVER complains!!! He rubs my back, my feet, my legs for as long as I need and never asks for anything in return. I am truly a lucky girl

He took the puppies into the groomers today (their first time, as I can no longer bathe them myself! ) so I have about 2-3 hours of blissfull, puppy-free time to myself! So, what to I do?? I end up vacuuming, dusting and doing laundry (shhh, don't tell Rob! )

Oh well, I think I will go rest now.
