More things you probably didn't want to know about our trip...
OCTOBER 21:
Cue music from Midnight on Bald Mountain...the parents arrive this afternoon. Thanks to their unwillingness to leave STL early Jason and I cannot particiapte in the Food & Wine pairing being offered at Bistro Paris (wah wah wah...I know

). We will be checking into the Beach Club Villas, which is where Jason and I have always stayed since buying into DVC. We have a 2-bedroom villa reserved so my parents can spend time sulking out of our sight.
Jason and I think we're headed to MGM once we get situated and we going to try lunch at Sc-Fi. The evening is reserved for EPCOT and Rose and Crown, where my step-father has always wanted to eat.
OCTOBER 22:
This morning we're going to Sweet Sundays in EPCOT - Warren Brown from the Food Network show Sugar Rush is supposed to be leading the demonstration and preparation of three yummy desserts - I love his show! After this 2-hour delight is complete we will probably wander EPCOT a bit with the parents. Jay and I will be headed back to the pool for some suntime and then we will head to MK tonight beacuse its the only late EMH they'll offer while we're there.
OCTOBER 23:
Headed to the Animal Kingdom this morning...a light breakfast and a light lunch are in order because we are dining at Victoria and Albert's tonight!!!

I imagine this would be a good day to take Jon over to Fantasia Mini Golf unless there is a thunderstorm in the area - I also envision more pool time and perhaps a brief foray into EPCOT for some yummy snacks.
OCTOBER 24:
Perhaps will start the day with some MGM, followed by an afternoon at EPCOT where we have a Food & Wine Pairing at Restaurant Marrakesh later in the afternoon (I'm nervous about this one...don't like spicy food - it's bad for the Crohns). Tonight we are going to MNSSHP - I see Casey's hotdogs in my dining future! For some reason junk food doesn't set off the Crohns very often.
OCTOBER 25:
Character breakfast at Cape May Cafe and the rest of the day is open to whatever adventure may come our way. I think we'll probably end up back over at the MK and EPCOT as the day unfolds. I will try to offload the parents tonight so Jay and I can have a romantic dinner at Bistro Paris. I see Philly Chessesteak sandwiches in my parents future if my mother gets her way.
OCTOBER 26:
Jason and Jon (step-dad) and I are getting up at an ungodly hour so that we can take the a backstage tour at the MK - Magic Behind the Steam Trains. My step-dad is a huge fan of trains and we thought this would be pretty cool, but you have to be at the MK by 7:15....AM. Methinks this will be a nappin' day! We have dinner reservations at the California Grill tonight.
OCTOBER 27:
Boo Hoo!! It's our last day - the only thing we have planned is afternoon tea at the Gardenview Lounge over at the Grand Floridian. This is the traditional way that Jay and I always end a WDW trip. And my mom doesn't know it, but I'm ordering a couple of Cinderella Slipper Desserts to be delivered along with our tea (we did this the last time we had tea there and it was wonderful!). The day is a freebie but if I know Jason and myself by now...we'll be at the MK in the morning and EPCOT later in the day and in the evening so we can see Illuminations one more time before going home. I'm going to try to send my parents to Downtown Disney if I have enough confidence in their joint ability to navigate the WDW transportation system without doing serious damage to each other.
OCTOBER 28:
Gotta catch a plane and go home, returning to the real world.
So what do you guys think? Anyone have any experiences or thoughts they'd like to share on our restaurant choices? I'd appreciate any insight you may have.
