This one is for my DH

Darn it today is not a paid holiday. You would think they would post paid holidays in your handbooks. But no I had to go online to our HR department to find out. I have never done that so of course I had to set up a password. Do they really think my brain works at this hour.
No holiday at all for meI'm here at work.
Normally it's slow at work on a holiday like this for our customer service, but I have been working in international customer service for a couple years now, and, of course, everyone else celebrates different holidays. So, it's just as busy as any other day for me!
OOps...sorry to steal your FO, Carrie...not paying attention!
It will be busy at work for me also. Not only is a holiday so I will have more parents and kids comming in, but then Gilbert schools are on break for a week starting today so that means we are the local babysitter. Parents that drop thier kids off to run around Target for a few hours and then come back and get them. Drives me nuts.
What do you do, Carrie? I'm a customer service rep for a catalog company...in international, as I mentioned.
Good morning everyone. Not much going on here. Kids were gone for the evening. Janice and I did a movie last night, Good Luck Chuck. So-so for reviews from us. Had some really funny parts in it and some good one liners. Good popcorn though!!!![]()
Gotta ask everyone about my new toy. We had been looking at underwater cameras. Found a few on the internet that were no names and we were a little leary about buying them. We stopped at Best Buy and thought we would ask. The guy pointed to a couple of cameras that looked like regular cameras and said that they were underwater cams. No kidding, they look like regular cams, no special housings or anything.
We went with a Olympus Stylus 790. 7.1 MP. Coolest little camera I've seen. http://www.olympusamerica.com/cpg_section/product.asp?product=1314
This one goes down to 10 feet. The other one went down to 50 feet but we have no plans for scuba diving.
Does anyone else use one? Reviews for them?
GO PACK GO!!!

I work for Target. My position is call a presentation team member. I am a person that clears all the clearance off the shelves and then resets the isle according to a plano. So I have to move/add/or take away shelves or pegs but up pretty backer paper, and then set the new product.
I love it on the stand point that it involves cleaning (all the time) and organizing.
That's cool...plus then you get to see all the new stuff right away!
So, your busy season is coming up with the holidays, right? Good time to take a vacation - bafore the craziness starts!
Here is a thought. We should all post pictures when we get back of ones that we would like to share with people that way we could all to a picture swap.
I like this idea...and I even signed up for photobucket!
As odd as it might sound we are wrapping up for the year. From the second week of Nov. through the first week of Feb. my position has nothing to do. We are not allowed to set new rows during the Christmas season. It just gets way to busy. So when I get back from the trip I have 2 weeks of setting the ornaments in Christmas and then I am done. I will have to work the sales floor for the next few months.
Trying for the FO...
