Baked Lobster Tail
served in the shell with Lemon Butter, young Green Beans, and Oven-baked Rice

Veal Roasted with Shallots, Fennel and Vin Santo
on Chive Mashed Potatoes, sautéed Spinach and Pine Nuts

DESSERTS
Amaretto Cheesecake
served with Raspberry Sauce

Yes, Two Entries....Really Don't like Lobster, but What the HECK....

Dr. says, it may or may not happen again.

I am going to try it again, just to test it. ( Mike says, only in the hospital parking lot )

Probably shouldn't do it on the ship.

You may have to be careful with shellfish as it has a lot of Iodine. I did a Google search on Roughy to see what that was and it said that you have to be careful not to eat too much of that due to the Mercury content in the fish.

Mike & I will have to do laps. He has to do the treadmill everyday for his heart. So it will be nice to walk the deck. And I've been busting my butt, trying to get this weight off. Losing 2 lbs a week for the next 8 wks will put me 2lbs shy of my goal before the cruise.

I'll take it though.

Walt walks every nite. He walks too fast for me. Hopefully on the cruise he will walk slower so we can walk the deck together.

Ummmmm, Florida is in the OPPOSITE direction from Calgary Couldn't have been too lost Turn around and head NORTHWEST, you still have time!!
