I'm joining the FB group too, but my mom and I are going in October 2014 as well! Can't wait! Looks like we should be going to the dark side as well, but plans are not final at all. Want to hit F&W and MNSSHP again together. Staying offsite!

On Christmas day I booked my trip for Oct 12th - Oct 18th!!! I usually go in May to avoid crowds, but I REALLY want to take part in MNSSHP. So I decided to go in October.

I am staying at ASMo and hoping to get some discount to pop up in a few months. I am really excited because my trips are normally solo, but this year a very good friend of mine is going with me! Her husband isn't interested in WDW, but she knows I love it. Right now we're staying in the same room, but I am going to talk her into getting her own room. I love her dearly, but we're driving down together and 8+ days being with each other for 24/7 just MIGHT be a bit much

I am really excited and can't wait to try the magic bands/fastpass +, the Halloween Party, and the Mine Cart ride since it will be open by then! I've been told that October is also a lower crowd time, which will make me happy. Just wondering about the weather at that time...

Nothing booked yet but announced to our 3 daughters, 3 sons-in-law, and 5 grand kids that we're taking a family trip to Disney World!! We all quickly agreed on an October 1-5 trip. Tentatively planning to stay at POP.

As of now we're planning 10/24-11/1 with the first 6 nights at CBR and the last 2 nights at AoA in a Cars suite as part of our oldest son's birthday surprise! Woohoo! We cannot wait to surprise the boy! We didn't go to Disney in 2013 due to the second boy being born in late June The poor hubs is already sick of me planning! Can't wait to see Food and Wine Festival dates and the half marathon date...hoping everything aligns so I can race AND eat while I'm there! It will also be our first time doing the MNSSHP or anything of the sort, so I'm pretty pumped for that as well!

I booked for October today! 2nd-9th at BC club level! Can't wait! We might extend it to the 11th if we can confirm annual leave!

2nd time for me & OH but we plan on spending this time doing more relaxing & eating (and drinking!) so really looking forward to F&W!

We are booked for 3 nights at Universal and 7 nights at Boardwalk Villas. October 25 - November 2. Halloween Horror Night and daily walks through EPCOT for the Food and Wine Festival will be major plans. Have to get walking to get in shape!

How long does the food and wine festival usually run? I will be there from the 12th - 18th and didn't even realize I might hit it at that time.

Food and Wine usually begins the last weekend in September and if I am not mistaken it runs until about the second weekend in November. We usually go every October. Have not officially booked for 2014 yet but I'm joining this thread now so that when we do book I won't have to search for the thread then, lol. Hoping for free dining so won't be booking until late summer probably. But in the meantime I am going Jan. 23-26. DH is going golfing with his friends all day every day so I will hit EPCOT and MK by myself two days. Can't wait!

We are taking my parents. (They haven't been since I was a teen) So almost 23 years ago (geez I'm old) We are going for food and wine. They have never been to EPCOT only MK. So we are excited!!
