Good morning everyone. Back to reality here, after digging out from 30 inches of snow in less than a week! Yuck.

Kritter I hope you dd is feeling better so you can keep her at home!

I just changed our reservations this morning. We were 4 people in a Cat 6, and I realized that I could put 2 in the Cat 6 and 2 in a Cat 11 for only $100 more than I was paying for 1 room!!!! Plus I now get a $100 credit for that room in addition to the $200 I had for the other room, so it was a total wash. And now we get 2 showers! Hopefully my kids don't mind sleeping in a room with no windows LOL. I will for sure be bringing some nightlights.

Wow...30 inches....we only about 6 -8 all season this year and I am over with that already....time for Spring to be Sprung!!!

6-8 was about all we had all winter too, until last week! I posted some pics, I'll find the link to that thread later.

My boys ask every winter if this will be the year we get snow.
Not even one flake for us!
My parents were out of town when the storm (tornado) hit last Thursday, I did a drive by of their house and everything seemed fine. Even the yard looked free of debris. The neighbor called today, apparently I missed the limb stuck into their roof way up high on the far side!

We definately go for the 2 staterooms! Seems like we all needed to shower at the same time.

My goodness! We have had a grand total of about 1-1/2" snow this year...from 2 storms. We haven't had any good snows since Mt. St. Helens blew its top. We used to get 2 or 3 big snows a year. (Big snow here is 4 to 6 inches) Must have changed the weather patterns. Either way, 30 inches? 3 or 4 inches wreaks havoc here for a day or so!!!

Oh my gosh that is unbelievable!!! Great pics. Makes me not feel so bad about the little snow we got here last night....It is freezing here though!!!!!

Just booked our family a week long trip to Marco Island...

Erika, we booked 2 rooms for the same reason! It wasn't that much difference, plus it's a wash when you get the stateroom credits. Between booking with Disney on board and getting $200 for each room, then transferring the ressies to Dreams for another $100, we now have $600 in credit to use! I only wish our rooms were ajoining, but they don't in Cat 11. The boys will be 11 and 13 when we travel, so we'll see how comfortable I'll be with them in one room and me in another. I might end up not sleeping with my husband all week!!

Steve has decided he needed a new car, so today the boys and I will go and pick up our new Mitsubishi Outlander. It will save us money on car payment, insurance and gas each month. The color is Labrador Black Pearl. Aye, she be The Black Pearl!! The boys and I are not thrilled with the him trading in the Chevy Avalanche that he has now, but he has to do what he wants. I still have my GMC Yukon XL Denali and LOVE LOVE LOVE it! He won't get me to trade! LOL

Kritter, the kids I babysit both have the high fever and runny nose virus! YUCK!! I hope I don't take it home with me! I hope your daughter is getting better!!!

Then you could six hundred more dollars from her for both of your staterooms...Just a thought... Thanks for the congrats on the car! Steve had to work so I drove it home. I didn't even test drive it when we looked on Saturday. After having so many big cars, it's just too small for me. It will be a great commuter car with plenty of room for the whole family, even our 2 large Doodles when we need it, but I still like my "boat"! So now, The Black Pearl, she be docked in me driveway! Connor even Christened it by dropping a nearly full Iced Tea on the floor of it! Oh well, it was bound to happen sooner or later!

Going to get to bed early tonight. I'll be babysitting for 2 families tomorrow, and the one little girl, who is nearly 16 months old and an only child (insert SPOILED ROTTON here) is NOT going to be happy that I will have a 6 month old to tend to too! Plus both kids are sick. Oh well, it pays for the groceries! LOL Have a good night!

Allen, we have been in the club for so long now that it doesn't matter what kind of car we drive, it's the friendships that we have formed that matter!

My "dream" car was always a Suburban, but when GMC offered 0%/60 months 2.5 years ago, Steve looked into it, said we could swing the Denali, and told me to pick one out! I'm going to drive this car into the ground! LOL We've done a few modifications to it...added a 15" drop down screen, hooked to a PS2, wireless headsets, Navigation, Siruis, 20" chrome wheels and changed out the tail lights!

Yes, we may all be Parrothead Paradise Pirates!

It's been a long day! Time for a shower and bed! I had forgotten what baby puke smelled like, but Drew was sure to remind me today!

We ate at McD's tonight, and it's the first time the 4 of us have really casually chatted about the cruise, other than the decision to do it. It was fun and everyone seemed excited!

What about Parrothead Pirates?Is Parrothead Pirates in Paradise to long? It may not be easy to say after a drink of the day!

About the SUV's as long as it puts some distance between the boys and my ears!When DS4 was born I had a Jeep Cherokee, no one was big enough for the front seat. Somebody was always toucing somebody! The Expedition I now drive has captian chairs in the middle row. Now nobody touches anbody. They just throw things!

Your captains chairs must be further apart than my mini van seats were LOL. My kids, much to my dismay, could still reach each other!!!! Mine are a little older now, yet I still have to yell "hands to yourself" sometimes!

I like the Pirates idea also!
