Still lousy weather here but suppose to dry off a bit this afternoon, then back to rain and cold for the kids on Halloween. Typical for Oregon.

I am watching old Boris Karlof movies this morning. They use to scare me terrible when I was a kid They are funny to watch now.

Hi! myelton01...my dd's will be 9 & 7 so I am sure they will enjoy your dd's company.

I am excited to hear about all the kids. My DDs will be 8 (as of the last day of the cruise) and 5 and my nieces will be 7, 5, and almost 2. Sounds like they will have lots of company.

Anyone have fun plans or good costumes for Halloween? Mine are going as Alice in Wonderland and Jessie.

Not much going on here today, going to see Secretariat with my Grandmother, my Mother, DD and now DS. It was supposed to be just the girls, but my Dad can't watch DS today so he is going with... Then, I think we are going to go trick o treating with my girlfriend and her kids. DH has to work tonight.

DD is going today as Cinderella and DS is a pirate. I will try to grab a pic of them today in their outfits...

No rain today but it will soon return. I am hoping it will hold off this weekend for the kids but i doubt it.

Only excitement this weekend here is to get my winters clothes out of storage and my snuggie too. It will be nice to be able to dress warm again

A year from today we will be headed to Florida for our trip!!! We are going to head down early Friday morning and we are going to do MNSSHP. DH just doesn't know it yet. My girlfriend lives down there and her husband works at Disney and she told me it's not to be missed, which pretty much made up my mind.

I agree the MNSSHP is amazing and my favorite Disney World event!

We will be at the MSNSSHP on Friday night too. We will fly down on a late flight Thursday night, stay at Pop. Friday during the day we are still not sure what we are doing. Saturday a bunch of us will be drinking and eating our way around the Food and Wine Festival.

Hmmm...we were going to fly in Saturday and go to the MNSSHP however drinking and eating our way around the Food and Wine Festival sounds like fun! Maybe we need to fly in Friday and go to the party Friday night instead. Since we added the extra cruise we will not get any Disney time and it's been a while since we went to EPCOT.

I am pretty excited! I can't wait until all the kids find out! Maybe we'll get even more too. We all camp together in the summer so the kids will have a cblast this summer knowing that they are going on the Dream!

We did it! We sold our Animal Kingdom points and bought Aulani.

I was really impressed with the Island and the Beaches Resort. I have heard some mixed reviews so it was interesting to see it myself. I have lots of pictures! The water and sand is amazing! Nothing like I have seen before. The resort was wonderful and had so much to offer. There were only a few small glitches I found with the property and they were all in the Caribbean Village.

Jaime I am in Oregon, for almost 3 years now.

We are in the country, all farms around us and very quiet. Have to drive 30 minutes on the freeway to get to a descent store which is not good but I love living with mountains and hills all around me. Deer are everywhere, elk too.

May move closer to Salem the first of the year, not sure yet. It would be closer to family.
