I want to welcome the newcomers too! This is truly getting more exciting as time goes on!

I've had been admiring a graphic that was in somebody's signature here, but now can't find whose signature it was in. What I did was to search for all individual pieces that were in that graphic and put them together in a virtually identical but much larger graphic for magnet making or shirts for all of us. Hope you like it! I couldn't decide if I should ad the cruise dates to it though? If you want this graphic and would like the dates on it, just let me know!

Wow, I love it!!!! How would I put it on a shirt? I'm pretty clueless when it comes to this stuff.

You need to purchase T-SHirt Transfers first, then blank T-Shirts of course, and just follow the instructions that come with the T-Shirt Transfer. Basically it's print the disign on the transfer paper, then iron it onto your shirt.

Sure you can use a colored t-shirt, but in that case make sure the transfer sheets you buy are called Dark Transfers. The colors show up quite vibrant.
Make sure to wash the t-shirts first and iron once dry. So they are again like new, before applying the transfer. ALWAYS print off the graphic on regular computer paper to see how it comes out on your trasfer. If using transfers for white shirts, you will need to reverse the image (Mirror) image for printing. BUT if using dark transfer paper, you don't want the image to be mirror image. Always test on regular paper first.

Oh and just to let everyone know my photobucket bandwidth is exceeded for the rest of Feb. so any links to pics and designs, etc. I have posted will not work until March 3. Our group is putting together a trick or treat it will be on Monday 11/1/10 at 10::00am. I think it was decided it would be a kind of treasure hunt trick or treat with clues to different locations. We are still in the planning stage and open to suggestions! Should be lots of fun!!

Started looking at airfares out of Newark and Philly. Continental is not bad going down during the week, but flying back on Saturday is way too high.

JetBlue hasn't posted November dates yet, maybe we can get a good Saturday rate when they first open up November.

AirTran out of Philly has good rates flying down during the week before the cruise, but no November dates yet either.

Good morning all! Speaking of airfare - just found out if you have an Entertainment Book they offer $20.00 off the lowest price per ticket (up to 6) on American Airlines. Could be $100.00 for a family of 5. Thought I would pass that along. Happy Monday!

Have you ever flown out of Atlantic City? We always fly out of Philly but we have friends that fly out of AC. . . Hopefully, we will be booking airfaire and paying off our cruise this week or next - I just looked at our bank account and it has "transaction pending" so our tax return is at least there . . .

I will do that! I did Captain Marvins in the 80's as a twenty-something. At that time Captain Marvin did all the tours! He was recommended to me by a co-worker in the Caymans and that's how we found him. I understand he is still alive.... and can you believe he went from one boat to what is there now?

I'm making up my Calendar for the year, marking and taking note of all events to come before we cruise, which will actually make the time go faster. First off is my cousins wedding in just 2 1/2 more weeks! She was the flower girl in my own wedding (big age gap, she's more like my neice), and now I'm going to her wedding!!! I have a part time job I work at every 2nd weekend and on call if I'm available (nursing, in a retirement home). Well last week, I reminded my Supervisor about the wedding weekend. (it's 7 hours out of town). She told me she can't give me that weekend off, she's too short staffed! . Well we use agency staffing when we are short staffed, so why couldn't she just say she'll do that? I've talked it over with DH, and have decided, I'M GOING TO THE WEDDING, LET THE CHIPS FALL WHERE THEY MAY! It's just a "keeping my foot in the door" type job anyway, not one I NEED for the income.
Then I"ve got to decide about Family camp this summer. Last summer was the first time we haven't gone in 5 years (because we took a two week vacation in the fall). Doing the same this year, so I have to decide if it's wise to take an extra full week of vacation this summer. But it would make the time go faster.... Oh, decision's decision's!

On another note, I showed my 6yr old son the Video from the Captain Marvins website, and he loved the idea of visiting the Rays! (he still has no clue though we are going this fall! )

Hi all! I know I haven't been on the pages for quite some time. Unfortunately I am here to say that I am bailing out of this cruise. I am truly sad because this was going to be our 20th wedding anniversary (we were married on Halloween) and we were planning on a big celebration.
I have been unemployed since April of last year. Due to health problems with my parents and myself, I have been unable to find a suitable job. I am still looking though; I have NOT given up all hope. There is still a slight chance that I may be able to Get back on board, but time will tell.
Until then, I hope you all have a safe and happy cruise!
