Yeah it does sound like a lot!! Especially the eating part, I don't know how we will fit all that food in (3 restaurants when we have free food on the boat...!?!?! What are we thinking??

) but we have spent a lot of time in Key West over the years and have quite a few must-do's. The challenge this time is packing it all into one day.
I was going to put together a small guide to Key West on my other cruise, no reason to not do that here! Just a little compilation in word or PDF with maps and info on places so if anyone is interested I can throw that together.
In fact one other thing we haven't discussed is a Dis Navigator. I have read about them on other cruises but I've never personally been involved in a cruise that has done it. I think the idea is great. It is basically a Navigator made just for us with Dis Meet Info, the ToT info could be in there, Group Picture..that sort of thing. FE info could be included or not, depending on how Leslie wants to handle it (The FE info could be like an insert to be added to the Navigator for those participating). There is a lot of info and it would be great to have it all in one place. Like the kind of stuff put in the spreadsheets would be there too, port times, dining rotations and themes, shows, deck parties, all that good stuff! It can be made electronically and then distributed so we each can print our own. Thoughts everyone?
