:eek:Calgon is right. I'm glad Paul got out of it ok. He might be stiff and sore the next few days but at least he's alive. Please tell me the other driver had insurance!! I bet you can't wait for him to walk through the door and give him a .

I am so happy that Paul is alright and thought quickly to avoid the straight on hit. I cannot imagine how you feel right now. My DH has been gone since Monday and I am counting down the hours until I see him tomorrow and he hasn't been in any accidents (knock on wood). You poor thing. So scary. I hope the other guy had insurance.:hug::hug:

Today is my Friday and I am so excited! It has been a rough week for me. Thankfully my DC trip that I was supposed to take next week has been postponed. That reduced a lot of stress on me. I just need to make it through the day today and then I get to be with my parents tonight. Without them, I would have never made it through this week. Thanks mommy for taking care of me!! Tomorrow I get the girls and my mom is coming with. Chris should be home around 10:30pm so I am going to pick up a movie so we can stay up and wait for him. Saturday he has school and I am taking the girls to Zumba with me.

Mom - I forgot, but I am sure Amanda is going to ask you if you want to do a game night this weekend. She sent me a text a few days ago asking if we could do a game night with you and I forgot to ask. Not sure what your plans are, but maybe we could set one up along with the Hagens and Stacey another weekend.

Sad day for our cruisers. It's always sad to say goodbye to the Magic. "Until We Meet Again"!!!!!

No internet at Heidi's house so it will be quiet here this weekend. We are hoping to wash and wax the Pathfinder. We also are headed down to Monument to say goodbye to Stacey and family. They are headed out with their new 5th wheel for a month vacation. I will definitely have baby withdrawals!!

Just a quick hi to let you know we are back in WDW. We got off the ship yesterday and are gettting ready to head to Epcot.

Paul is doing fine. He never got sore at all. His car on the other hand took a big blow. So far it looks like they plan to fix it but the damage is at least $8000. They said until they start repairing the rear suspension they won't give a final estimimate because the drivers rear wheel area took the brunt of the impact. At least the other driver did have insurance.

I have been helping take care of my neighbors little boy since Friday afternoon. This is the neighbor with the 1 yr old twins, Abby and Gabe. Abby has pneumonia and an infection in her lymph nodes and is NOT responding to antibiotics. They have her a the Children's hospital and today they are trying to dermine if the infection could be staph or MRSA since it is not repsonding. She is not doing good at all and they do not have family in the area so I have been helping with Gabe so they canboth be with Abby. Gabe is so fun to be with but he is confused by not having Abby there or his mom and dad. He keeps looking all over the house for them. Brian's dad drover in late last night from Delaware to help out so I have a break now. Please keep Abby in your prayers.

So now that I am at my on house, :laundy::laundy::laundy::laundy:

I have so much to get done. I'll try to get back on later today.

Love you guys.

Susan - I am so glad the other driver had insurance and that Paul wasn't too sore. That is so sweet of you for helping out your neighbors. I am sure they are very appreciative of it. Keeping Abby in my prayers. Please let me know how she is.

Denine - Can't wait to hear about the cruise. Have fun at WDW.

The Broncos game is horrible. I am thinking about turning it off at half time. I cannot stand to see them losing this bad against our rivals.

OH MY Susan. I feel so bad for all of your neighbors. I pray she gets better fast. I pray it ISN'T MRSA. Poor little Gabe just doesn't understand. I can't believe that Paul didn't get sore. I had a slow speed accident and was so stiff and sore for a few days. Paul was certainly lucky.

Denine, didn't remember you were going back to WDW.

BAD yucky weekend other than spending time with our girls. Washed and waxed the Pathfinder and then washed every window and the back door. We are stiff and sore. We need a hot tub!!

Update on Abby. She does not have pneumonia. That was a miss read on the xray. They think she moved and it was a shadow. Bad news is she still isn't responding. They are having her fast until tomorrow becasue they may decide to do exploratory surgery on her lymph nodes. The ENT specialist will make the final call in the morning.

Thanks for your thoughst and prayers!

My heart just aches for that family. Thanks for the update. Please keep them coming.

We found out this weekend that Stacey and Heidi's "adopted" Grandma has breast cancer. She is scheduled for a masectomy on Nov 1. The bad news is that she found the lump two years ago and didn't say anything. She doesn't like doctors and we all know that but!!!!!!! We pray that it hasn't spread but in my opinion it had two years to play havoc on her body. Her husband is legally blind and can't do anything for himself. We worry about him, also.

It's a cold and windy day. I am NOT looking forward to getting in the pool but think it would help me. I'm stiff and sore frome yesterday.

Thinking about poor little Abby.

My throat is so sore today. I am one of the last people from work to get this darn sore throat. Hoping it doesn't turn into anything more.

I am soooo sorry Heidi. The lady at the front desk at Lilley Gulch had strep throat that lasted through the entire time she took her antibiotics. Be careful. You know how I feel about sore throats!! Virtual hug. LYMI

Susan: Glad Paul is OK. How scary. Poor little Abby, I hope she gets better soon.

Heidi: Hope you get over your sore throat. My asthma is still not happy from being sick. I still cough once in a while. How is Chris' dad?

We leave for home on Friday. Julie left today.

We have had a bit laying on our minds since we got down to West Virginia. The guy that bought the car basically accused us of fraud. But what it all boiled down to was that this guy was a broker for some other guy that wanted a show room quality car. This wasn't and we never said it was. It was priced between fair and good condition and that is what the guy got. We get back from the cruise and had an email from the guy's lawyer saying the car was going to be delivered on the 30th and we had to have a certified check at that time. We weren't going to be home and we had to respond by 5 PM today or they would sue us. Jerry spoke with the lawyer today and the guy we thought was buying the car. He is going to call back with a day and time that will work. Sometime after we get back. We aren't going to be out anything, but the car will be back and we need to decide if we want to re-list it or wait until spring. We have never been accused of being dishonest. It really hurt. Now, maybe I can enjoy the rest of our vacation and get some sleep. We haven't told anyone anything until now. This sure has left a bad taste in my mouth about selling cars.

We are going to MK tonight.

I will post more another time.

Denine - I am so sorry.:hug::hug: That is horrible. I would sell it locally and forget the craiglist/ebay stuff. I hope you can enjoy the rest of your vacation.

Mom - thanks. We know that I am a strep carrier and never get strep...guess I will be staying away from you until it is gone. Now I have the aches and pains. Guess I am not going to go to Zumba, don't want to be miserable and don't want to get anyone else sick. I am trying to see if I can work from home tomorrow.

Heidi, sounds pretty bad. I forgot that you are a carrier. Hope you can work from home tomorrow. Pixie dust that you get better soon. LYMI

Thinking of Gabe, Abby and parents.
