YAY!! Here we are again going on and on and on!!!
Got back from Florida last night. We had soooo much fun. Melanie got the wedding she wanted. Small, simple and on the beach. She looked amazing in her wedding gown. Melanie weighs just over 100 pounds so everything looks great on her. She is a beautiful girl and was such a stunning bride.
Bob and I had sooo much fun. Hung out on the beach, went to a mall, met all of Derricks family. They had the wedding on a private beach. A friend of Derricks cleans the woman that owns the house. Very nice woman. The house was SOOO COOL! It reminded me of the beach club the way it was decorated. It had a deck that lead to a gazebo then lead to stairs that took you down to the beach. They had the reception at a nice restaurant that had a tiki bar on the outside so after dinner we went there. I could not believe my VERY conservative husband was out on the dance floor doing that cha cha cha dance!
The father daughter dance made me cry. We used a song called "I Loved Her First" Oh my gosh I love the words to that song.
I know I will laugh about this some day but not today! I had been teasing Pat (Bob's ex and one of my best friends) that her ticket out of Denver cost more then mine out of the Springs and her flight was at 8:00 in the morning out of Tampa which means she had to leave at 5:30 AM to get to the airport in time. !!

Our flight was at 10:30 am so we didn't have to leave until 8:00. I booked mine and Bob's flight first then later booked Amanda's (another daughter) so she would be on the same flights as us.
Amanda couldn't come until Friday and we left on Wednesday.
Everything was peachy keen in my world until Thursday night when we discovered that I book Amanda in and out of Orlando! Tampa is 1.5 hours from where we were and Orlando another hour from Tampa! Grrrrrrrrrr! Flight times were the same so I never thought anything of it.
Friday was not a big deal when she came in but Sunday when we left at the same time was another story. In order to get her to Orlando for her flight then back to Tampa for ours we had to leave at 5:00. Pat never will let me live that one down. I thought she would never stop laughing when we discovered it. Then come to find out that our layover was in Dallas where of course Amanda was on our second flight!
Dang giving her crap about having to leave so early
