:thumbsup2 It even ticked off my mom, a huge Hillary supporter (and voter in NJ).

I saw we got another union endorsements - I can't think of the name right now...:scratchin

I found this on his website:
Utility Workers Union of America (UWUA) announced the union’s endorsement of Senator Barack Obama for President and plans to immediately begin activating its membership for the critical primary contests ahead. The announcement follows a vote by the union’s executive board.

The UWUA represents 70,000 active and retired members working in the gas, water, electricity and nuclear industries, including nearly 10,000 in Ohio and another 8,000 in Pennsylvania.

Obama is even tempered, and is able to roll with the punches. He's not into sarcasm, nastiness or whining. He's able to respond on an even keel in an adult fashion. I think he'll do just fine. :cool1:

We don't know that yet. He has been ahead so he hasn't had resort to political fighting.

Obama support thread...

Obama has the intelligence and maturity to manage quite nicely. :cool1:

Dawn...Did you catch Huckabee on SNL? :rotfl:

I think a while ago a Clinton volunteer was asked to leave after sending around the email saying Obama was raised Muslim. Hillary, quite rightly, said it wasn't something her campaign would support. I don't know about this one. But she can't control all of her minions. I don't think this is the tack her campaign wants to take, even if it is waning.

This is exactly the tack her campaign wants to take....but she wants to preserve her "deniability".

Alright the stars must be going backwards... I agree with DAWN! :scared:

:rotfl2:

I don't think we've seen one OUNCE of what he's about to deal with. I've dealt with that kind of wrath and it can eat up the strongest person, from the inside out.

He's only been ahead recently.

Hillary was the "presumed" nominee for more than a year. He was the dark horse. He has been gaining on her since he threw his hat in the ring and he has steadily gained until he surged forward. He hasn't needed to get down and dirty. ...yet.

You said he didn't need to fight dirty because he was ahead... oh, never mind. You're just :stir:

There are (shock!) politicians who choose the high road. :thumbsup2

Riiiiight.

Then you don't understand "Clinton Inc". Surely you must remember the Bimbo eruptions that were part of the campaign strategy during Bill's campaigns.

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton continues to lead her opponent, Sen. Barack Obama, in the must-win Democratic presidential primary in Ohio, but the lead has significantly narrowed, according to a poll released this morning by Quinnipiac University.

Clinton is backed by 51% of those surveyed, compared with Obama's 40%. That is down from a Feb. 14 Quinnipiac survey that showed her ahead by 21 points.
...
A second poll this morning, the Ohio Poll, sponsored by the University of Cincinnati, showed Clinton ahead 47% to 39%.

The high road is easy to take when no one is in front of you.

No, honestly I am not. I pointing out what I see are basic realities. They are my opinion of course.

We'll agree to disagree. It's best not to judge all candidates by the same low common denominator. They aren't all equal. :thumbsup2
