It's so nice to have a photographer in the family! I also need one photo each of Brit and Adrian. I'm doing the magnetic door signs very early this time to avoid any printer malfunctions the night before we leave for Florida, like what happened the last time!

I am back from my trip to Bermuda and then having the inlaws and skids up for 5 days.. I am EXHAUSTED.. I am sitting in work, wishing I were still in bed.

I see that you guys have been up to your usual antics!! loved aislings family history.. and reading about her lineage!!! lol.. Mayflower society lady!!!

I cant wait for the cruise.. and my next day off of work!!! I just need to SLEEP!!!!!

A coworker had a reduction.. she LOVES it.. she said its wonderful and they are perky like when she was a teen.. (she is in her 50s) and how she no longer needs a bra , let alone the type she used to need to wear!!!

Thank you all so very much!!!

I got home yesterday about 2 or so....slept, read, about 4 i tried to have some jello & water...but that didn't work too well....was finally able to eat something later in the day...

anesthesia is great...i was awake, then out - & when i woke up 10 mins later...or so it seemed...i was all done & DH & DS were there....DD was working...but boy those 5.5 hrs were over in no time.

I go back to santa cruz today at noon for check up with my surgeon...she's pretty cool...i told her to just go ahead & take any extra fat cells from the general area

but anyway, i am doing pretty good...of course i'm awake at my normal time of day, but i'm sure i'll get quite a fews nap in this weekend....

That's great to hear, Brenda! I know what you mean about 10 mins = 5.5 hours - I was terrified of the anaesthetic but ended up lovin' it!!! How tiny do the 'girls' look/feel??? I remember waking up and being amazed how flat it all seemed - of course, they 'grew in' a little but 2.5 years later, I'm still delighted...

Yes it's definitely a change....& will be more so when she removes the dressings...then i get to wear (as you probably did as well)...the most beautiful compression bra that you just can't get at Victoria's secret 2.5 yrs huh? that's great...i'm hoping this will last till im what 70??? 80???

Oh Brenda, I'm SO happy to see you posting and that all is well!! Imagine, no more back pain, perky-ness, cute bras (or no bra )! How are you feeling? Any pain? I wish you the best best best!!

The Pope's in town, but I'm not even going to try to catch a glimpse, just too many people, hundreds and hundreds standing outside St. Pat's. Well, I might try if I get bored! My kids are at a comic book convention, ComicCon, but it's on the west side, not mid-town where the Pope is, so they won't see him either. Jesse wants to go see him at Yankee stadium, but our parish has already given out all their allotment of free tickets.

Mel's working for a few hours, and then off to play tennis in the park. I forgot to mention, Jesse made it onto his school's lacross(e) team! He never played lacross in his whole life, so I don't know how he got on, but I have a feeling the whole team is like that . No matter, it's exercise, it'll be fun, and he's not a kid who gets upset over losing, so it's all good.

I'm going to put on some music and get some housework done.

It'll be weird but ok. I plan on talking to the publisher that comes to the meet about possibly working a deal with him for a book series of my own~

I am still exercising! I've got myself almost to the point of lasting a full ten minutes It's a shame that I let myself get so out of shape that ten minutes is an achievement I am hoping that by the time we get to NC in August I can buy all new suits in smaller sizes this year~
(even if it's one or two sizes smaller - I'm gonna need em anyway and clearance sales at the beach are awesome.)

There is some pain Aisling - but it's bearable....can't stretch too far or turn much in either direction...but other than that pretty much okay....i'm not really scheduled to go back to work till Tuesday...but i may go part days starting monday....i can work from home on Monday, but it's really so much easier if i'm there...

Oh you should try to see the Pope...I have always regretted not going to Des Moines Iowa when John Paul II was there in 1979 - but i was pregnant then & everyone was going down about 3 am & then had a long wait....so didn't think that would be too good for me...boy how things have changed in today's world with pregnancies etc.

Going to go rest & finish a book before we leave for Santa Cruz~

PS - Colleen - keep up your exercise routine!! I was up to walking about 25 miles/week - now i'm going to back slide a little....as i have to (re)start slow...& build back up for a couple of weeks before i can do those - 10 mile days

I'm already going the Victoria's catalog & see what "CUTE" bras are there...i've always only been able to wear their "BODY"....so shopping should be fun!!!
