number of days????

We went in 2001 (first trip) for 15 nights (Mom - me - REALLY needed a vacation after 4 very tough years). We did alot and had a blast.

We went again in 2002 (an. pass) for 7 days. It was earlier and hotter. My daughter and mom had a good time. I wasn't thrilled.

My daughter wants to go again. I am trying to decide how many days.

SO... my question is what is YOUR minimum number of days and is that including your travel days? We live in california so travel days are pretty shot.

My opinion is six or seven including travel days (so, four or five days to see and do things, seeing how far you have to travel). It's been a few years since you've last visited, so there's enough novelty to warrant at least a day in each park.

I am sure I'll be in the minority here....but after going for a few week long trips we have found that 4 nights 5 days is perfect for our family....BUT we are only an hour and a half away and we also don't have the need to see/do everything as we go several times a year.
