I have to add a day to the end of my current reservation for May (though we are using a few more points, saved quite a bit on flights)- I called member services around 9:20am and am still holding 28 minutes later. I know theres a way I can just add a day online and email to have it linked to my current reservation since it will be for the same resort, same room type, same view- but since this is my first time didn't want to mess anything up so thought I'd call.

Anyways, now I understand when I've seen many of you discuss the ridiculous hold times for member services :coffee:
 
Feel your pain.

Adding a day is easy- you don't do anything at all to your existing reservation. You just book the one day as a separate reservation. Then you use "contact us" to send a secure email to member services and ask them to merge the two reservations. They will take it from there.

I will absolutely use that option in the future! Thank you. Once the cm picked up it was smooth- the waiting though.....GEEZ
