Hello all, I just found this WISH board today and so I'm taking notes for next month and tracking myself this month to see what my goal should be for next when I join.
Does the "host" keep track of everyone's minutes or do we just post our own and keep our own running total? And from what I see, it's total minutes exercises, not just walking, running or other cardio, class, etc? Weight training counts towards the minutes as well?
Sorry for the "newbie" questions ... and thanks in advance for the answers and info!!! You guys are very inspiring!!
