Nothing for Fri; although I think I did quite a bit a walking (and stairs) doing campus tours w/ DD at a university preview day, but I wouldn't know how to count that.
35 min walk for Sat for new total425/1300
 
Today I went on a brisk 65min. walk with hubby. What a great way to start the day! Total is now 650/1400.
 
Another 150 minutes for me, thanks. Lots of walking over the last 2 days - great!!!

Total now 605/1000 - 1/2 way!!! :banana: :cheer2: :banana:
 
I am now at 720/1500! :banana: I've been doing a lot of walking!

I am feeling a lot better about getting my goal in before we go away at the end of this month, but I'll have to keep moving if I'm going to make it. I seriously doubt I'll get much exercise in on this particular trip, but I haven't tota;;y written off the possibility either. It's just that I do not want to count on it to make my goal.

60min. of interval training on the treadmill this morning. Total is 710/1400. Halfway there!! I'm hoping to do some weights tonight. Hope everyone is off to a great week! :sunny:
 
adding 135 minutes today: 60 minutes in the gym lifting weights, 75 minutes on the treadmill, for a total of: 685/1200
 
I'm Back, exhausted, but back!

3 Days of fencing - I was there over 23 hours. All but about 1 hour/day was on my feet walking. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, they messed up MANY, MANY lists and I had to quickly repost them. So, I actually ended up RUNNING several sprints over the weekend. And, a lady with a garmin determined it was over 1/3 mile a lap inside....she was doing it for exercise while here son fenced. Plus twice each day I did a Starbucks run - 2 blks away - and it took me 2 trips each time to carry it back for the officials, so that added quite a bit.

I'm going to count 3/7 hours Friday, 5/10 Saturday & 2/7 Sunday as I was tired & had sore feet so I moved much slower! Still a bunch!!

You all are doing AWESOME!!!

Only another 30 minutes today - but it all helps!! Thanks for keeping us going with this challenge - I always have to get outside at some time through the day!!!
