November Discounts?

I just put a courtesy hold on a WL woodsview reservation. Got a AAA rate for 8 nights starting on 11/5. The AAA discount was 10% off rack.

In November '04 I beleive the AP discount was $90 off per night at deluxe hotels. Does anyone know if there were any other discounts in Nov. last year?

This probably isn't much help, but I did get a discount for POFQ in early October, which is the same season as your November trip. I think I ended up paying $110 plus tax.

AP rates and general codes for Oct - Dec came out sometime in August last year. I want to say early to mid.

I was trying to do a search to find out some of the general codes that could be used in Nov '04 but I can't find anything

I guess I'll keep looking but hopefully someone here has some info

I wouldn't expect to see codes for Nov to come out for a while but just keep in mind that November used to be value season - that changed this year - value season doesn't begin until the week after thanksgiving. So, what we've historically paid in early/mid november is going to go up this year...one of the reasons we moved our trip to Nov 27th...

yep...can't beleive early Nov. isn't value season anymore.

We stayed Thurs. - Mon. BEFORE Thanksgiving for $157.00/night in a SAV room at AKL on an AP rate in 2004.

I received an AP rate at the Poly last year for a garden
view for $229.00 a night, we went the first went the
first week of November and the code came out
the last few days of August.

Yup No more Value season in Nov until after Thanksgiving.
We also are moving our trip from the week before Thanksgiving to the week after. We are just worried that everyone else is going to do this also

I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed and hope for some good general codes that I can use on my Nov. reservations.
