Hard to believe we are less than a month until our cruise
Time is really flying by.

Its actully cold this morning in Florida, 40 degrees at my place. Of course it will warm up as the day goes on.

Just catching up on the thread. Was gone all weekend and no Internet Access. Glad to see the Fantasy made it through the storm. Hopefully they can get cleaned up and those that were injured get better soon and nothing was serious.

during our honeymoon, we were hit with a hurricane in cabo. they were great with communication adn evacuations but omfg, it was scary!!!!!!!

i wanted to know if anyone has shipped stuff to their cabin on the ship and how much it costs i need to ship a suitcase of diapers. i did travel baby lite last time but its $$$...

Chicago area will be getting the effects of the Hurricane Sandy here with high winds and high waves on Lake Michigan.

I noticed that the Dream left late last night from Port and Fantasy seems to be taking a different port of calls. Miami one day - Key West another I almost wonder if they will get to any of their original ports of call. I feel for those families that is going to be a rough trip after wards too. The seas are so churned up after wards still. My first cruise was after Florida was hit by 4 hurricanes and our cruise was still feeling the after affects from those storms.

Hopefully we will all have a good cruise in a few weeks. I so am looking forward to this cruise. Mom did some cruise wear shopping yesterday and I am starting to figure my cruise wear now. Just trying to make sure what I really want to bring.

All those on the East Coast be safe.

That is going to be one bad storm when it finally hits full strength.
We are still extra windy here in Florida from Sandy. Just shows how far out the outer bands can reach.

we woke up to having electricity and water (if I don't start my day with coffee - it isn't a good day for anybody. . . consider yourselves warned!!) but I don't think we are all safe yet

If there is a tag fairy lurking . . . we don't want no stinkin hurricanes in NJ either!!

Yes - I have at least one update to Group B - and I'm hoping for more updates to Group A - will send out the latest information next week

I do too, they really got hit hard. Hopefully since they had a few days to prepare it might be a bit easier for their daily survival as far as food and water go.
The poor kids who were looking forward to trick or treat.

I hope their parents can find a way to make it special for them.
