Forgot to add, wasn't able to get the High Tea...is this the character tea I read so many writing about?

No, High Tea is at Palo for $10 per person,on sea days, no children allowed. the character one people write about is something you sign up for on board and I think it's either WEndy or Alice and that is for families. Hope this helps!

Hello everyone, 67 days until we cruise! I know a few people were wondering about Palo - check out www.disneyfoodblog.com for some great reviews. They did one about high tea yesterday and they have other Palo reviews as well if you search around. I have never done high tea but reading the reviews and seeing pics made me want to try it - the desserts alone make it worth the ten bucks to me!

Happy Labor Day everyone! We are getting so close now...I just reserved a dinner for the Disneyland portion of our trip - we are spending two full days there before the cruise. I've never been so I'm really psyched about it. Hope you all have a wonderful week.

Got World of Color Dining reservations made.
I dont' know about anyone else - but I am so excited I am about to burst. I am working on a "color-changing" outfit for my children for Animator's Palate. It should be really cool when I get done.

Forgot to mention that I also booked a World of Color dinner for our trip to Disneyland as well as a birthday dinner for my son at Steakhouse 55 on his actual birthday (Nov 5th)! I am so ready for this trip - I am constantly on the internet getting ideas and redoing our itinerary. Did I mention we are swimming with sealions in Puerta Vallarta? We did a dolphin swim in Cozumel on our Western cruise and I can't wait to play with sea lions! Anyone else want to post what they are up to for planning?

A meet would be great, my only concern is that I am travelling with my parents and I am not sure how they would take to that. I'd love to be in the loop if everyone decides to do one, and then I can see how my family reacts to the idea.

I am working on FE gifts as well. I hope that evereyone likes them. Is there anyway we could get the list earlier than Oct? I really need to get started ASAP if I want to get everything done that I want to do. Also, living in Alaska - it takes time to get things shipped to me. And I have to get some supplies shipped to me to complete some of the projects. I would love to get those ordered so I am not up all night the night before we leave working on FE projects. However - I need to know how many and names to go with them. Thanks!

My plans for excusions: PV we are thinking about the pirates adventure. My son would get a kick out of being on a "real" pirate ship. My daughter is not old enough for the dolphins or sea lions, which is sad. She loves animals and that would be something we could all enjoy.
In Costa Maya - we don't have any plans. We might go get a water taxi and find a good beach, but that is about it. Any great ideas?

Hi - I'm not sure who is doing the Fish Extender list, but I agree it would be good to have it prior to October. I wasn't planning on participating but I'm reconsidering that now because my son asked me about it. He loved checking the FE every day to see if anyone dropped things off for him.

In Cabo, we are doing the resort beach excursion because we wanted a nice pool/beach day. We are paying a premium through DCL but to me it was worth it since I don't want to deal with getting to a place on our own. I did that in St. Thomas several years ago to go to Coral World. We had no issues other than the cab ride to and from was scary - I prefer to have DCL take care of transportation after that experience.

Can't wait to hear from more people on their plans - we arrive in CA on November 3rd so only 55 days until Disneyland for us!

I was thinking of scheduling the meet up for the 1st day however right now I am open for suggestions. As for the FE list I will send a preliminary list out in the next few days so you can get started however I think the cutoff will probably be the end of the month just in case we have any late comers.

I just found this discussion board so it looks like you can add at least one more family to this cruise: my husband, 6 year old son and I. Sadly, we won't be of much use in answering anyone's questions as this is our first cruise, but I'm happy to make everyone's acquaintance.

I'm hoping to read up on the Fish Extender thing right away to see if I can prepare in time for us to join before your October 5 deadline.

We're doing the Las Caletas Hideaway for Puerto Vallarta and Salsa and Salsa for day one in Cabo. We've booked dinner at Palo but no luck on brunch (oh well, I am sure there will be plenty to do).
