Was literally just asking DH if we should extend our 1 night RIV to 2 nights because the flights are cheaper if we stay more days.

Yes for now. If they done the sale before my UY began it would've been more attractive due to MB, but my UY started 12/01

I even considered for a hot second about buying CCV direct and selling BRV, but the numbers didn't make sense for me. It was tempting though.

Basically the numbers look like buying 150 CCV pts at $34,350 and netting around $12,350 for BRV 150 pts. That would be a points wash for $22,000 ($146/pt). Sure they'd be direct points, but they wouldn't get me more trips. It would be a longer expiration date, but the date doesn't matter to me given my age. 2042 is actually fine.
Makes more sense to buy direct elsewhere so I have MORE points.

The longer expiration is why I was thinking it was better, but if that isnt a benefit, I could see why that would be a no

I'm considering having a lot of long expiration points saying get another contract as a 2042... we won't need the larger unit once the kids are older... who knows...

Its the reason I decided not to sell blt after buying direct because who am I kidding, id just be looking for the next, disney addiction is real!

Its also nice to be able to wash everything and lighten the washing load when you get home although I did have to rewash because Florida water
