I actually never heard anything from the guide after leaving the Tour.

So guess I’m guideless. But unless there’s a super sale at dvc id not be buying direct so guess it doesn’t matter

I could happily recommend our Guide Lu Bernatow, should you need one in the future for a great sale. She has always been proactive (she called and snagged us some VGF after it initially went out of stock) and has always been very patient with us.

You are definitely allowed to switch Guides whenever you want, if you'd like.

Let me know if this is being discussed somewhere else... surely I'm not the first to observe that we're down to ~870 listings in the market according to dvcforless.com!

Could have sworn I saw it the 700s a couple weeks ago but I might be making that up. We like to comment when it goes above or below 1000 so this seems noteworthy.

With a few months left before dues hit and listings theoretically start flooding the market (I've read on here that's what happens), do we think inventory will continue to drop? Will prices rise accordingly or will tepid demand offset the low inventory?

Over on the ROFR thread, someone reported passing with loaded VGF at $145 and someone reported seeing a different VGF contact listed under $140. Very strange that listing seems down, ROFR activity down, and prices also down.
