Non-Disney shuttle recommmendations?

Are there any other recommended shuttles to get to DisneyWorld, from the airport, besides Magical Express? We are a party of 4, and only need transportation one way. We are staying at the Dolphin, then moving to WL, which will allow us to use the Magical Express, for the ride back to the airport.

The mears shuttle is around $15 per person.

Or you could take a town car for about $50, plus tip.

Mears is $19 pp. one way. You can book it ahead of time, or just walk up when you get to MCO. I've used it before when going to the Dolphin. It takes a bit longer than DME...maybe 90-120 mins. My time was just a bit past 90 mins..
