No Spectromagic???

was looking at the fireworks and parades schedule at the official website and noticed NO spectromagic July or August. Is this right? Has the parade been discontinued? Or are the times just not announced yet? I will be so disappointed if this parade is no longer performing. It is one of my favorites -- I even have the CD of the music.

Just checked and for the last week in July, it happens on Sat 26, Mon 28 and Wed 30. And also in Aug on Fri 1.

I just double-checked the WDW parks site and it still has Spectro on the schedule. It seems that if the park is open until 9-9:30 then Spectro is on. It MK closes at 8 then no parade. It does look like there are none scheduled according to some other sites tho. Anyone have any idea why this is??

Helenk has provided the link to where I saw the info. Also, if you are going to be there the last of July, are you aware that we are going to have a mini DIS meet on July 29 at 9:30pm in MK? There is a thread over in the resorts page about it. Seems like a fairly good crowd going to meet.

The DIS meet sounds great. I know we were planning to be at Epcot that night, but we will definitely have to re-think that! It sounds like fun!

It is going to be at the Plaza Pavillion in MK. Also, we are staying at WL, maybe we will bump into each other.

We are checking in to the WLV on Monday 7/28 for 3 nights. Then moving to BCV. Beach Club Villas is our home resort for DVC and we have never been there yet. Since we are going with the kids and two sets of "GRANDS" on 8/23, we felt duty bound to go down and check it out while the kids are at sleepaway camp. Looks like you really love the wilderness lodge. We walked through the lobby once and just fell in love with it. My DH has been dreaming of staying there ever since. We figured moving from one resort to another after 3 nights won't be so bad since it is just the two of us. Heard WLV is very romantic. Can't wait!
We have added the DIS meet to our itinerary since we were going to go over to MK for ENight anyway. Thanks for the invite!!
