Thanks. I didn't know this either -- the e-mail confirmation hedges a lot, but doesn't actually say they're not doing luggage service. Here's what it actually says (and is the most recent communication I received, 1 month ago):
Disney's Magical Express has resumed operations on June 22, 2020 when Disney Vacation Club Resorts reopened. However, due to COVID-19's impact on our operations, we are not able to guarantee you will receive your confirmation letter and one luggage tag per Guest prior to your arrival. If your confirmation letter and one luggage tag does not arrive in time, you can still enjoy complimentary airport transportation through this magical service. Reservations can be located by name and confirmation number.
I'm fine if they can't do luggage service, I just wish they would communicate better so I knew what to expect.
