No email confirmation for Merriest After Hours?

I did have my Boo Bash ticket cost used to get the Christmas After Hours tickets on the phone.
It’s showing in MDE. I never got an email confirmation and have no ticket number.
Should I call and ask for an email confirmation

I did the same thing back in August, and was told that my ticket confirmation # would remain the same.
