No CS restaurants with DDE

I was just checking the DDE on Deb's site and saw only 2 CS restaurants on the plan. Is this right?

The only CS that accept the DDE are those where a TS restaurant is not available such as at Animal Kingdom.

Others have reported being able to use them at some food courts at the resorts that also have TS but this is not the official policy. I asked at CBR and was told I could not use it.

The Food courts at the value resorts should also accept DDE.
