No Bunk Beds in Standard @ WL ?? Huh ??

Norma,

Private dining will also deliver chilled sparkling cider and fluted glasses, so you can keep that in mind. Usually with the resorts doing something special on their own, well that's hit or miss. I've heard DIS'ers mention that they've received champagne glasses and a few confetti decorations on their table at CRT, so you might want to make sure they have your ADR noted. The magic seems to appear when we least expect it I think.

I love your "vacation moon" idea. That's going to make a terrific t-shirt. Don't forget the Minnie bridal veil and Mickey groom ears if you guys aren't shy. My kids love the pins when we're down there. Everyone has their own lanyard and a guest of honor badge. If you wanted, you could call or e-mail Disney mail order and they'll get what you want (at in park prices) and have them waiting for you at the WL gift shop. Here's there info, 407-363-6200 Email: wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com . Some of the lanyards go for as little as $5 or $6 dollars and come in various colors. A really cool add-on is a Universal Keeper. It attaches to the lanyard and has a zippered pouch that will hold room keys, fastpasses, park tickets, plus a ring to hook over a bottle of water or soda and clips for a cell phone maybe. I look through this site, http://www.laughingplacestore.com/ and get an idea of the items I want and they're easily identified by the mail order department at Disney World. If you go to the site, just do a search on 'lanyard' and they'll all come up.

Private dining? What is this? I guess I'm out of the loop, as I've always just gotten "public" dining. :confused3

We were given Bunks in a standard room for our Aug 8-15th stay. Well at least I think it was a standard, there was no mention of an upgrade. And we did not even request Bunks.

We were facing MK and the Contemparary(mostly obstructed by trees), but there was a parking lot if you went out to the balcony and faced down. We were able to see fireworks above the trees.

Now without telling the OP how to bring her new family together, if two of the boys are brothers. Why are they not the ones sharing a bed?
And I only think this will be an issue IF your request for bunks is not granted, maybe it will.

That's right..I completely forgot! Standard rooms do NOT connect to each other at WL.....I'm thinking that you will be getting upgraded.

It's just a term some of the resorts use for their room service department. You might even see it referred to as in-room dining.

The boys are not brothers ... one is my son and the other his his. They are 10 & 11 and we do not live together ... his son and daughter live with their mom and only come every other weekend to be with us. We have been married for a whole 2 weeks and the boys have only met a handfull of times.
