Atlantis - Paradise Island, Bahamas has made some nice fall/winter deals available via Travel Zoo. In particular, they're offering an 'all-inclusive' option, though this just applies to food and drink, not all-activities (like a dolphin swim).

Anyway, these are some of the best deals I've seen there in along time.

And there are minimum stays required, so this dosen't help cruisers out.
